Heroica RPG- Quest #137: Where the Dead Go to Live
Duvors replied to Kintobor's topic in The Heroica Archive
"Bye mate, nice seeing you again." said Throlar. And with that cheerful remark he leaped into the portal. -
As I consider that Brand has been wasting our time all day by overreacting to what was obviously a simple joke, and will certainly continue to annoy us in a similar way for the rest of the game I will; Vote: Brand(Brickelodeon)

"Feel fortunate you have no nether regions, glowy blue aura man." -
I know you didn't read all of that, go back and read it again.

This. The Bolded part is especially interesting. You yourself emphasized it but now you seem too have cast it aside completely. And here is something I said; It's a question you never replied to, you said that you suspected Tarben You never replied. Also, here is the entire post... ...in which you say that you suspected him. This post also implies suspicion. In short, you have stated or implied that you were suspicious of him constantly, yet you have also said that you are not suspicious, oftentimes in the same post. Asking if you thought there was a traitor in the game would've been a good start. You have previously stated that you thought that could've just been being playful. Third quote from the top, read it again. And there's no call for that, the past is the past. Also, that statement smacks of metagaming. Then you're reading them wrong, read them again. And I was referring to the things you said in public anyway. If that's the case then why haven't I voted for you? What peaces? I see no peaces! All I see is one man jumping to wild conclusions. I have never said that his actions weren't odd, they where strange I'll admit, I just think that they're not as important as you seem to think they are. And I will continue to do so until proven otherwise. I think that he'd've had to be a moron to admit himself as a scum to you. And the facts I present are true.

I have had enough of your gibberish, you say that you never accused Tarben of being scum (which is blatantly untrue), and then go on to do just that in the same post, what kind of a defense is that? See? just as I said. That's just stupid, seriously. There are far more subtle ways to hint to hint than that. And why would he hint to you anyway? He had no idea what your alignment would be (unless he himself was scum, but that's starting to seem very unlikely to me). You read to much into a smiley. Again, why the heck would he assume you were scum? Seriously? What Hints? All I see is a guy being playful because of a lack of anything better to do. Everyone does things like that sometimes. That is not the inpression you have conveyed.

Mister, that is exactly what you said. In public no less. And his reason seem reasonable, who would reveal themselves as scum on day one? And can you point out his accusation of you? I seem to have missed it. Pudding-Head never said that. Oh, okay.
-
Why would the scum need to verify each other? Do you think that this game a a scum player who doesn't know who the other scum are?

"Brock." said Throlar, casually correcting his comrades mistake. -
Or you have. So if you think all this why then do you act as if you suspect him of being the scum recruiter/recruitee? The truth of your account would be impossible to verify due to the fact that you cannot use the quote button, thereby making the account utterly worthless.

I think the rules mean like this; Not like this;Randomguy; Otherdude said bla bla bla! Still, better safe than sorry.

"Wunderbar is there any more good news you have?"He pondered for a moment. "Does the portal have to be on constantly? Is it possible to... turn it on and off? Or would that be... no I suppose that would be too problematic. Nevermind." "Like hell there are."He shook himself. "Ahem yes, do you have anything that could be used as disguises? Like a set of Skull Masks say? Or anything really. It's just that if you want us to pretend to not be who we are we might need some kind of assistance in that regard." "Us, still owes us a favor Althior." -
He's saying that he originally passed it off as a joke until now, or that's what he's trying to say. Seems very strange of him if you ask me.

I say it should be the troll, or the giant. They're so big that the boat will sink if we take both!

(I thought scrolls had a 100% success rate outside of battles.) "Who the hell was that?" -
I almost forgot, happy Fourth of July everyone!

"Althior, not to bother you, but you do realize that I don't give a damn what you think of Me, right? I just want to make certain that's clear. "Wouldn't surprise me in the least." -

Milk-Mead? What tomfoolery is this! Mead is made of honey! Which tastes delicious with ham. Mmmmmm... Honey-Ham. -
I'd give him my Mopagsaber, but it's a longsword so he can't use it.

Throlar strode, or rather, reeled, into view. "Sorry I was late, I took a rather... unintentional detour. I hope you don't mind. Nice to see you again Father. And the same to you Vind, Mr. Sorrow, I think we've met before. Oh and the same to the bastard too." -

Which will be delicious honey-ham soon, right? -
Throlar, somewhat less than sober, slid out of his seat and walked off. Muttering to himself about something.

Don't take it personally, as a grumpy dwarf I am contractually obliged to hate all trolls and giants, and goblins, and elves.
