Well, since this threads been disproven, I think it's closing time.

Well I better go ahead and say this: LEGO is a toy, and people can do what they want with a toy. LEGO's about expressing yourself by building. And people can build what they want. I mean, say one person likes SNOT, but another guys prefers baseplates. The SNOT guy or the baseplate guy shouldn't try to convert the other to his/hers technique. And like CGH said: It makes the figs seem more real

I don't think the pirates will be back anytime soon. Well, we still have some time to stock up on the remaining sets before the dark age begins! I hope LEGO makes an ancients theme next year or the following. I'll be still happy for a little while. I hope Pirates gets two medium sets next year. Like the Viking did.
