  2. I was going to upload this on Halloween, but there's plenty of time to do another one. Not sure I'll manage what I want though. Come in for a bite. by Letranger Absurde, on Flickr
  3. What I don't get is why the parrot is still alive. :))
  4. Niiice, great textures and details all around. I was wondering where the gory bits were when I saw it on flickr but now it makes sense. How many slaves did Bilbo get?
  5. Stephen King's IT by Letranger Absurde, on Flickr
  6. Thanks a lot! @Faladrin Just this for now, but I may do some more characters in the future.
  7. This is wonderful, clean and detailed just the way I like it.
  8. Played some risen lately and I really enjoyed the voodoo pirate angle there so I figured I'd do something along those lines. Who needs treasure maps when you can use voodoo to keep the heads of your enemies alive to lead you to the booty? No need to bother retracing steps, deciphering clues and wondering where traps are and the likes; and on a plus side it makes for a neat (albeit messy) handbag for a classy gal. 9. Made this from rejected parts from my second PTV entry. Should be an islander themed build but I have no islander figs. Preparin' Fer Attack by Letranger Absurde, on Flickr
  10. Nice, reminds me of a pumped up sabre island.
  11. Heh, hilarious vig. The parking lines on the water are such a fun detail.
  12. At the bottom I've started with http://alpha.brickli...page?P=6541#T=C which is connected to the base, then http://alpha.brickli...ge?id=46343#T=C stuck into it, then just stack headlight bricks. No need for hose, they stay pretty well.
  13. Oh, just noticed the tag is incorrect, it's ptv not pvt, might want to fix that.
  14. Great, the round corner forts are excellent and the classic feel is all there.
  15. Welcome to the peaceful harbor of Puerto Secarico.... Puerto Secarico by Letranger Absurde, on Flickr ....well at least until the weekly pirate raid happens that is. That's when the real fun begins, including but not limited to cow tossing. Yes, cow tossing, a Scottish pirate favorite. Looks like I posted in the wrong place again. please move it.
  16. Thanks! @Wout Yep, that's the part.
  17. Made this for a seed part (the separator) contest. Spray Bottle by Letranger Absurde, on Flickr
  18. Thanks! @Ecc Thanks, I was thinking of putting it here, but for some reason I've made the medieval/witch association so I posted it there instead. @deraven It's sort of the other way around, it was the build that brought the song to mind.

  20. Teenage Jesus / Baby Doll by Letranger Absurde, on Flickr Pfff, can't believe I've completed this. This build probed to be one annoyance after another, complete with dropping half of it on the ground when I was 70% done. It's about 60x60 studs. I can easily say it's the most difficult build I've ever attempted. Constantly running out of parts didn't help either. Reference:
  21. Thanks a lot guys. @BrickOn Yep, frogs. @Artanis I Haha, the boar was supposed to be carried by obelix but I couldn't get it to look right. @tsi Wouldn't really work, many of the techniques I've used would not be fit for a set.

  23. I've used these http://alpha.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=6628#T=C to connect the mixels joint to the undersider of the brick.
  24. Thar be Pirates! by Letranger Absurde, on Flickr Since it's "talk like a pirate day" weekend (yeah, apparently that's a thing) I guess another pirate build is in order. This is another remake of an older build. The Skinny Basterd, Black Booty and Former Captain Bubba (yeah he lost the rank due to the name) are back to wreak havoc today.
