  1. I agree Pete, i got given a Znap set, and i hated it. It recently got thrown out with all the regular garbage.
  2. Character Specific attacks!!!!! Wicked!!!! I thought it would just be a OT version of the first game, but they're improving it as well!!!! This is gonna be good.
  3. From what we've seen at Toyfair Legoman, it seems we'll be getting these figs: Luke Skywalker, Lando Calrissian (with new helmet design), Gamorrean Guard, Han Solo, Jabba the Hutt, R2-D2, Princess Leia and Boba Fett. In answer to your question Sarg. A new alien head mold for something like a Weequay would have been great. But I doubt lego would have done that as any alien other than the Gamorrean would have more EU appeal. I would count ourselves lucky that Lego are giving us the helmet anyways, they could have got away with just a regular Lando, as he takes the helmet off later in the scene anyways.
  4. Even better, that rocks.
  5. I saw the original for the first time yesterday, it's brilliant. One of the best animated films i've seen in a while. Now I can't wait for the sequel. It looks to be one of the best films out so far this year.
  6. All my lego is in one big container, i tryed sorting it into colours, but it was just took too long, i think it will just stay in that container. I'll never get around to sorting it.
  7. Indeed. Thanks Kiku ;-)
  8. I envy the guy who made that.
  9. My First Review is up, so go look!
  10. This isn't exactly an old set, but i figured it'd be a good start. (The pics i took are a high resolution, so i'll just be deeplinking, hope it doesn't spoil your enjoyment). First, an overview: Overview One of the things that first made me want to get this set was value for money. It cost me
  11. I was thinking of reviewing some old sets to get some practice in. Is it ok if i post them on Eurobricks to see what you guys think?
  12. When i think of lego, one word automatically comes into my head. Fun. The feeling you get when you build something good and can look at it and say, 'i built that' is just indescribable. If it breaks, you can just rebuild, maybe into something bigger and better. Even though i have dipped in and out of it as a hobby, i don't think it will ever truly leave me. It is something i can always come back to, and rediscover. I hope lego continues for another 50 years and onwards. Lego, i salute you. *y* (that's as close as i can get to a salute X-D )
  13. It's ok, but i think it is a bit of a dying breed,as each country has such different tastes in music, and i think the system where they have a live link to EVERY country competing to see who gets points is just stupid.
  14. Lord Thrawn lent me Serenity, it's SOOOOOO good. Better than the three Star Wars prequels. On par with the original trilogy, watch it. Best film i've seen in a while.
  15. Welcome. I've been to Cyprus before, it's very nice. Unlucky about the lack of lego, but it's good to see you aren't giving up on it.
  16. There is more communication available with guys here. It's alot better, you can confirm what you're getting and (as i've already experienced) the whole process is alot quicker.
  17. I recieved my Emperor and Imp Officer in the post yesterday. Thanks for the quick post Sarg Kulo, you're a great trader!
  18. Toa Inika in cool poses. Made by Lord Thrawn, posed by JoeMI6. If some of the pictures are a tad blurry, then i apologise, they were taken in a rush. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/B...s/toainika1.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/B...s/toainika2.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/B...s/toainika3.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/B...s/toainika4.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/B...s/toainika5.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/B...s/toainika6.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/B...s/toainika7.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/B...s/toainika8.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/B...s/toainika9.jpg Gallery when moderated Hope you like. (once again ;-) )
  19. A little moc me and Lord Thrawn whipped up yesterday. I sum it up as simple yet effective. Dengar, IG-88 and Boba Fett have teamed up and captured Luke Skywalker. This scene is in the Executor Hanger bay, where three hunters eagerly await their reward. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/S...terreunion1.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/S...terreunion2.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/S...terreunion3.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/S...terreunion4.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JoeMI6/S...terreunion5.jpg Gallery when moderated Hope you like.
  20. This seems all well and good, but i've kind of commited myself to only buying Original Trilogy sets, otherwise i'd get it. (I think i'd be beyond broke if i bought this). :-D
  21. The reason i got into Bionicle was the way they brought it out, the whole campaign behind the product was so overwhelming for a kid. It was like, oh my god, that guy is surfing on lava. It was an action figure that wasn't released cause it was meant to bare a massive resemblence to the main guy in the movie. It was released to put adventure and fantasy back into kid's lives (or that's what i got out of it). It also showed that technic wasn't as dead as it seemed and lego didn't just need licences or stuff from real life to show they are cool. It's one of the things that brought TLC into the new millenium (or whenever it happened). ;-)
  22. I really like what they've done on Two-Face's henchman, that torso looks good. These reviews are great, thanks Jay!
  23. That looks wicked, it would have been better if it came with a new minifig though, as most of us already have a Takeshi. I can't wait to get it. I just hope it doesn't cost more than
  24. That's wicked, now we just need to wait for lego to release it... ;-)
  25. It's changed Master Yoda :-P
