    Don

This did catch me off guard early morning. Then I realised the date. Good one guys *y* I expect something better next year though X-D
  2. There are loads of games I'm excited about this year, and I'm sure it's the same for you guys, so this is a thread in which we'll post our top three most anticipated games of this year and reasons why. I'll start it off: 1. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption - Wii The game which looks to set the bar for games on the Wii, this adventure starring intergalatic bounty hunter Samus Aran is something worth waiting for. The graphics will push the Wii to its limits, and it'll show other developers how a FPS for the Wii should be made. If it has online play as expected, this could even contend with some of the PS3 and 360 games. 2. Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Wii This is a follow up to one of the best beat em ups on the Cube, with new characters, online play promised and much more, this is certainly a title I'm saving my cash for. 3. No More Heroes - Wii Not much is known about this game, but from the first glimpse of it, it seems to drop kick any claims that the Wii is a kids console over a bridge. From the team that brought us the wacky Killer 7, this no holds barred adventure should blow us away with its intense combat and insane style. Post your games and let the discussion begin!
  3. Hmm, another name then. Abyss Fighter Mk (whatever) How does that sound?
  4. Turok Evolution on the Cube was a big disappointment. Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup was also really bad. I know many people think Halo is overrated, but I am inclined to disagree. Arguably it doesn't do too much new, but it's a fantastic game still. Star Fox Assault was too short, but by no means a bad game. I'll post more as I think of them. Most movie tie - in games suck.
  5. I'll tell you why Zane. It's a simple rule of business. Each company would have to rush to get their sets out first, thus reducing the quality of the sets, and displeasing fans and the license's company. Also, spreading a license across two formats has never really worked. That's why multi-fomart movie license games are so bad. The result would be the same if TLG and MB shared. Also, I'm assuming that MB got the license because TLG didn't do the greatest job with the first two films.
  6. That quote applies to both the latest movies I have seen, Hot Fuzz and 300. Hard to compare, both had fantastic points and some minor faults. But I think they are certainly two worthy contenders for the movie crown this year.
  7. Great ship you've got there. How does 'Sailor of the Void' sound for a name?
  8. This is great! Happy St. Patrick's Day to all!
  9. Loving that artillery cannon. I think I definitely need to get some Battle Packs now...
  10. Not a fan of the show, but I love the work on the Lion one and Grune - the hammer adds an especially nice touch.
  11. Ah, but there are some awesome ones in the Clone Wars series...
  12. Too damn straight I would. Those awesome Arc Troopers, along with an underwater Kit Fisto, Warrior Anakin, Asajj, Ki Adi Mundi, Durge! ARGH. It's almost too much to bear that I don't think we'll get any, Hasbro made figs of everything and has all those licenses I think.
  13. Wii. The PS3 will lose in this console War, and while the 360 is great, it just doesn't have what I want in a console.
  14. L2K is right, it's damn near impossible that we'll see Spidey 3 sets, no matter how much we want em. In the mean time, you guys might want to take on a project like Kaminoan has here. This is probably the closest we'll get to the real deal And for those who might jump the gun, this is a custom made fig. It's not from a set and never will be. Enjoy all the same though *y*
  15. This looks fantastic. A perfect set for an awesome Spiderman MOC I'm planning. Too bad I'm skint...
  16. Stockholm Syndrome - Muse
  17. "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and good will shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee." - Samuel L. Jackson (Jules Winnfield), Pulp Fiction That's one of the only ones I can really think of now. But I'm sure there are loads more lurking in the recesses of my mind.
  18. I've just defeated Zant and am nearing the final boss methinks. Just one more hurdle to go.
  19. lol, not sure this is the right place for it, but still; great find!
  20. Music and Lyrics, starring Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore. A surprisingly good film, very enjoyable to just sit down and watch with some friends.
  21. Double Team - Tenacious D and Window in the Skies - U2
  22. Watched PoTC 2 on DVD. Still not a patch on the original, but Johnny Depp has some truly funny and great acting moments - "I got a jar o' dirt" Now I'm rewatching Pulp Fiction. Quentin Tarantino's dialogue is just so timeless. And I don't think there has ever been a bad movie with Samuel L. Jackson in it.
  23. No WIPs as of yet, but I've been thinking about a new series of vig scenarios, each set in a different part of the world. I'll give you guys news as it comes, but the first looks to be a Snowy mountain. Loving the work by the way Exo-Champ, keep it up.

    sigh.

I'm so sorry to hear about this. It's devastating when things like this happen. Just know that he's surely gone to a better place. I'm sure he couldn't have wished for a better friend than you in his life.
  25. Stockholm Syndrome - Muse But I have also been listening to both Bloc Party albums religiously.
