His name is Frol and he lives on planet Regan 88. Pod races are rather popular in this sector of the Galaxy so Frol takes a part in it. His steam podracer takes energy from the Warpstone. But this item is very unpredictable, and Frol often need help of the hammer to repair steam-engines.
