It would be great if they did this, in somewhat of the style they did the Death Star playset. It would be the Death Star for PT fans, and could have scenes from all three movies, as well as the Clone Wars maybe.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Season 5 Discussion
Mraz Skintas replied to LEGOman273's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Has there even been any news on what the new trilogy will be about, other than the returning cast? Regardless, I don't see how ending The Clone Wars would be good for drawing attention to it, unless they release something for it real soon, because right now to me it's just a distant unneeded thing. At the rate Disney's going, I wouldn't be surprised if it was postponed too, to continue their streak. And if that's the case, they will have truly killed Star Wars... -

For some reason when I read that article the first time, the video was just a big black box, but after I went back, the video appeared. That episode looks amazing. A large battle between Clones and droids, with a few Jedi thrown in the mix, like the Clone Wars should be. Tup shooting that Jedi was surprising, I thought it might have been a seen from Order 66 when he was hitting his helmet, but then Anakin turned out to be in the scene too, so I can't wait to see how that pans out. -
What was the last movie you watched?
Mraz Skintas replied to EbonHawk's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Watched Jack the Giant Slayer with the family tonight. I mostly wanted to watch for Ewan McGregor, but I did rather enjoy the film. It was pretty entertaining, and had a few good laughs. Wouldn't mind watching it again. -

But halting the current projects, that to me are far more interesting than another trilogy, especially with the original cast? I mean the forth Indy movie was terrible, and Disney hadn't even owned Lucasfilm yet, I can't imagine how the new movies will be. I mean no disrespect to the actors, no, they were all great, 30 years ago, but they're much too old now to be in an action sci-fi flick. 1313 looked like it would be a good Star Wars game, at long last. I don't think we've had one of those in what, 8 years? And the Clone Wars, Season 6 seems crucial to me. While 5 had some closure, there's still several unanswered questions about several characters, and the whole Palpatine getting arrested thing, surely Filoni hadn't planned on leaving that alone, not necessarily altering the old story, but at least making it into the new CGI form. Bad moves Disney..... bad moves. -

It seems to me like Endor and Hoth have been beaten to death lately. There wasn't ever any real action in the Ewok village, so I'm curious as to what this set would entail, and why it won over other memorable scenes on planets we've had little to no sets from. -

I found a few parts that I think'll look good, and they should be arriving in the mail soon, so I'll post what I came up with when I get it -

It depends on what you're looking for. As far I know, most of them have resellers that ship to different countries, and a few ship worldwide, I believe. -

Of the 12 members of the council, I'm sure that if each member was actually able to speak, then it'd probably be at least 50/50 on Ahsoka leaving or staying. Yoda, Obi-wan, and Plo Koon would have been no on her leaving for sure. They could probably get three more votes as well. But I guess by them not all speaking up, it showed Ahsoka who the council really was, and helped her make the decision to not stay, while not falling to the dark side. -
Whoa. That is absolutely amazing. Every little detail so far is amazing, and those wheels are probably my favorite part. This is the first A6 Juggernaut I've seen that has accurate sized wheels. I cant wait to see the finished product.

I ordered a few parts for a custom fig and the new Ahsoka off bricklink, and they just shipped.
-
That clip is from the Clovis arc, that was made to be in Season 5, but for whatever reason they didn't show it.
-
I personally love both, but the new one is a bit better, as it has updated parts. Both could do with more generic figs, but as far as the ship itself goes, they're both great. I know the 2008 version was a fun mod project, so I'm sure that this new one will be too.

Mace did make most of the decisions for the Council in the movies as well, with very few speaking parts for the rest of the members. As for Barriss implying that she'd gone to the Dark side, it makes sense to me, as most of the other fallen Jedi also left the Order because they found it to be corrupt. -
Cin Drallig was the Jedi Battlemaster and head of Temple security during the Clone Wars. I'd love a set that came with him. Another set that would be cool would be Ahsoka's Eta-2. It would come with the latest version of her, R7, I think it is, and maybe one of those new 501st Jet Troopers. The Police Gunship would be great.

Well Barriss hadn't been on screen a whole lot before this arc, so it's possible she was trained in Jar'Kai then, but as for Anakin, who knows. Maybe he picked it up fighting Ventress so much, and then passed it down to Ahsoka, since she randomly became proficient in it as well -

Yup, I'm not entirely sure why they shorted it out two episodes this season, it's kinda disappointing. -
The remind me of very shiny M&Ms, but they are very neat. Great job on the chroming

Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Season 5 Discussion

That was probably the best season finale yet. I never would have expected Bariss to be so proficient with two lightsabers, especially not enough to hold her own so well against Anakin, but I guess since she was a criminal mastermind, it makes sense. I'm glad they came up with a way for Ahsoka to leave, without her dying. I had actually forgotten about Padme up to that point, and even more that her and Anakin are married, TCW hasn't touched on that for a couple of season now that I can recall. Overall this was probably my favorite arc from the series, it felt more like Star Wars than the majority of them. Hopefully it doesn't mark the end for the series though, I'm anxious to see what happens to Barris, see how Luminara takes her Padawan's betrayal, and see how Anakin copes with Ahsoka leaving. Oh and what happens to Rex, and Fox, to make Appo and Thire commanders. -
Hello fellow customizers! I'm looking to bricklink the parts to make a Cin Drallig fig, based off his appearance in the recent episodes of The Clone Wars. I have a few ideas on the parts to use, but I'd like to see what other people would suggest would be good. I'm Set on going with Kit Fisto's torso, but I'm curious as to what head, hair, and legs would be be best for him. Edit: I'm thinking of going with Aragorns legs

If we do get any remakes of the classic ships, I'm sure they'll be from the sequel? trilogy (VII, VIII, IX) assuming they're in the movies. Most of them have already been perfected, the only few I can think of now that could do with one more update are a system scale B-Wing, TIE Interceptor, maybe a TIE Advanced, but we got one of those a couple years ago, and there wasnt a whole lot that could be done to improve it, I dont think.

Isn't this more like a Prequel, if it's Connor's grandfather, and didn't 3 just come out? I've yet to play it, for some reason. Meh. Anyway, do we know if this will be multiplatform, or just on the Wii U? -

Luckily it's only one episode (that we know of) so they have the whole break between seasons to decide if they'll keep him, or try out another guy. The voice of Palpatine are very big shoes to fill.
