Damn, I was just at the Mall of America store last weekend. I was sitting in the foodcourt on the 3rd floor thinking I should take some pictures, that gundam is over 3 stories tall and they have a cool agents display. I'm kicking myself for not taking pictures now.

It's refreshing to see soldiers enjoying themselves instead of fighting. I like the little retreat they have going on and I'm sure the buried guy will let out soon.

It looks like it is coming along nicely, I especially like the deck. Can't wait to see it finished.

I am not aware of anything that keeps track of a rolling inventory, I'm sure you could call, but depending how knowledgeable the employee is they may not be able to properly describe what's there. A lot of those same"specialty" pieces were at the Mall of America store, it's interesting that across countries thee have roughly the same inventory.

Since this thread is primarily about help on a MOC idea, I'll move it to the MOC forum.

Back when the chrome stormtrooper magnets were new and available from TLG, I ordered 4 at $10 each, LEGO shipped it with a method that allowed the shipper to leave the package, well sat the time I lived in an apartment, and they left it in the main entrance by all the mail boxes. Anyone off the street could have taken it or another tenant, as there was no key required. In the end TLG actually resent them fed ex secured. Needless to say I was surprised, because they basically took my word for it.

You need to host your pictures somewhere like flickr, photobucket, or brickshelf just to name a few. Regular members do not have enough storage space on Eurobricks for loading images.

I have to say they nailed Davy Jones, he looks perfect.

They had a good amount, at least ten, and I do believe this is a LEGO exclusive much like keychains and magnet sets, so I do not foresee this showing up in a Toys R Us. They are also available at LEGO Shop @ Home as mentioned before, if there is not a LEGO store near you.

I'd assume he cut the sword in half before ruining a torso that is not exactly easy to come by. I do like this better than the original, because he had more of the half an half look instead of straight skeleton.

Rick said it perfectly, but let me add, that as soon as you stop worrying about titles and tags and just start having fun, contributing to the site (not saying your not), and just being a fun member to be around, that's when you'll wake up one day to a tag or title. Or piss off a staff member and get an embarrassing title, it's a double edged sword. Bottom line, have fun and don't worry about it.

And google chrome is overreacting. Someones signature may have a link that chrome is afraid of, but I can guarantee you that EB is not pumping out malware, otherwise my phone and computer would be out of order, because I've spent my fair amount of time here. If it gives you the option to continue to the page anyway, I say do it and just don't click any links. Also I only see 8 pages, I always thought everyone changers the number of posts pet page to the maximum, otherwise there are way to many pages.

Very nicely done, there are videos of this in action on the DC youtube channel. You really nailed all the graphics and shape, kudos.

If you are saying that typing in all lowercase looks neater than I have to correct you, improper English makes you look like an uneducated child and as you know Eurobricks is an 18+ site. It is also a requirement of the board that you use proper english.

Great work SlyOwl, great to see you in the pirate forum again. When I first read the title, I right you may have misspelt pirate, but I see now what you did. I love how you built the MOC around the one piece, I especially like the chain too, very clever. I'm sure this will make the blog, if not I'll blog it myself later.

This looks exiting, but I already gave myself to def's game, I wouldn't feel right half assing either game so I'll have to pass. Damn.

This is simply outstanding. I love the scene by scene photos you have, it's almost like a mini movie. This is the best presentation of this scene I have seen yet.
