Actually the conversation between the guards made it found like they were going to introduce more items.

Vote: Saproton Veeck (Sandy) This is no bandwagon action, I have my reasons, namely all the killing your gang has been doing.
-
Congrats on the purchase, we do have a global thread for these types of announcements, I know yours are specific to the history theme, but it's probably be more at home here.
-
Just pointing out to the group that you were disappointed with the lack of a kill last night.
-
You are admitting it by not answering my question. I don't need you to admit it anyway.
-
I'll take that as you NOT denying what I said.
-
OK, then deny being on the team that had a kill ability least night, and I'll tell you how you're lying.

I guess I was confused since he said in past years, which made me think that he thought the sets listed were from previous years, even though two are from this year. I just wasn't sure if here knew what I assumed he knew. Carry on, and I think a full sized ice rink would be cool.

I just got the newest LEGO catalog yesterday and it had the post office and bakery in it, so are you guys speculating for Christmas 2012?
-
Do I even need to explain to the group why you are surprised??? Off trying to kill last night, or should I say your gang was.

[MOC] PotC The Cannibal Escape Alternate Build
Big Cam replied to Sid Sidious's topic in Pirate MOCs
It's nice to see MOC's made being a single set, I think these types of MOC's are great for new builders or builders with limited bricks to build from. Nice work, very creative, I could see this being a great part of a larger first scene. -
This is looking good, I like the size of it and the colors. Are there plans for making this out of real bricks once completed? If so it looks like it might be expensive.
-
You know, it is really simple and bare, but it works and makes sense. I think this would look great as part of a larger MOC. I like it though.

And that is not a required read when joining this site.

Everyone knows what they've done So don't anyone act surprised. I guess you can call me the decider. Vote: Rirsol Maasym (Rick)

This could happen to any retailer or store. Usually when things are pre ordered or back ordered, they get an authorization on your card, it's a simple mistake when they then get another and the original gets put through as well. I had no worries reading this thread title since TLG is number one in terms of customer service. Glad it was a quick painless resolution.

Rufus's 375 Yellow Castle Restoration Project
Big Cam replied to Rufus's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Rufus, I am insanely jealous, and I love that it's you doing this review/restoration. Thread subscribed -
Looks great, I appreciate the large walls, it gives it a grand laboratory feel.

Dang, that blue fig is awesome, I'd love an army of transparent figs.
-
That looks great, is there more to it if you zoom out? I feel like there is an entire subway behind it.

It is "technically" illegal as mentioned, but if you are making just one copy and just for your personal use, then I wouldn't worry about it. Even if LEGO found out, they would never pursue you for duplicating one set of stickers. So without sounding like I know everything about the law, you'll be fine, just don't sell any. It's just like copying a dvd, if you make a backup copy and you originally paid for an authentic choy and you still have it, it's ok. You just can't sell them.
-
I love all the things you told him, hopefully he sends your feedback all the way up the LEGO chain so all stores are able to hear our voices.

No problem at all, it's more of a house keeping thing, when titles are direct and easy to read, it makes browsing easier. The review was nice, there isn't much you can do with a 22 piece set, and I'm sure there are some who prefer to see things in motion that just still photos.
