  1. Don't be so hard on yourself, I think this is spot on. THe water is executed very well. The castle is pure brilliance, the hinge bricks are perfect. Plus there are almost no studs showing, that is worth alot in my book
  2. I think it's very cool, you did a grat job of utilizing all those tile pieces to give it a smooth look. I kind of agree on the tree's but with a mini there are'nt alot of options. I think the trees are easily identifiable, and could be improved but I'm not sure how.
  3. Ahh the word SET was a dealbreaker. Cool, can't wait to see the pictures.
  4. Oh, well shoot, now I want the Death Star even more.
  5. Only against those pesky Clankers If they are not good enough for the Emperor, they aren't good enough for me.
  6. I'm sorry but I have no idea what you are trying to say? Can you try to expalin it again?
  7. I believe there is an existing thread for Atlantis pictures, and OMG your signature is taking up my entire screen! http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=32226 edit: ahh Rick beat me to it.
  8. I love it!! A set I always was sad about missing out on, is now remebered with a great review. I never knew about the lightsaber slot, that's clever. THis gets an Outstanding from me!
  9. Great review, I really liek the smaller sets where you can list all the pieces up nicely like that. pictures are looking good. I look forward to your next review.
  10. I have to bump this. I see it in your sig all the time and finally clicked on it. As a huge and I mean huge Back to the Future fan, you have really nailed this. There are a few design flaws, but those are mearly LEGO releated and so in fact they're aren't really any. The doors are brillaint. I see how you did the wheels and it's very clever but I also see how fragile it must be. I think one of my favorite piece is your Doc Brown, that face is absolutely perfect for him. THe hair is a bit too long, but looks perfect from the front. The detailing on the top of the car on to the back, is excellet. I love the Mr. Fusion. It brings a tear to my eye that there may be some younger members who have never seen these movies. Thank you for making my favorite vehicle ever made.
  11. Nice setup. I like the old school vehicle, I remember when all sets used to look that way. Good idea on using the tires as head coverings. BS folder isn't public yet, but it's looking good so far.
  12. Welcome to the forum, SW and City are two of my favorite themes too, you can't forget about pirates
  13. Welcome to the boards, we can always use more decal makers!
  14. Ack, so many great ship builds going on. The frame for thsi is looking great. ANother ship that doesn't use the traditional LEGO hull pieces. I can't wait to see more progress pics. The size, it's just huge!!
  15. Jay Sean - "Down"
  16. Oh man, I wish I could have been there with my camera. That is qiute the impressive set up. So many ships Thanks for all the fun pics, for all of us who could not make it.
  17. That is imense. Is the hull all custom made? It looks like there are no usual LEGO hull pieces. I like this idea. Subscrived for updates :pir-skull:
  18. In no particular order, boardgames that I find myself playing at least every now and then. 1. Monopoly 2. Candyland (drinking game) 3. Scrabble 4. Trivial Pursuit It's not really a boardgame, but I was really big into Magic the Gathering from about ages 10-15. I ended up selling my collection on ebay for $1,300. Who knows how much I originally invested.
  19. Hey Oky, I see your in the USA, where did you get this set? I can't find it on LEGO's site.

It looks good. The first image tells the whole story, you really get a sense of feeling with this set up. Very nicely done. Any shot of the soldiers face?
  21. No problem, it looks good, like a clone walker on a diet.
  22. I like your parting shot. Another great little promor set that it looks like I don't get. humpf. Thanks for the great review, I love little sets, they are so much fun!! I find it wierd that the Doctor has a baseball cap on.
  23. Great review, this makes me want to drop like $100 on all the little impulse sets and just get a bunch of them.
  24. Unfortunetaly this is normal for me. Fargo ND, USA, it's been 36 degrees F here for the last month almost, plus rainy and a bit of snow here and there. It sat for a motnh and I finally decided to re-arrange the garage and put her in a safe place for the winter :( I still want to change the oil, but I might just wait until next year when I take it back out. I do need to get some fuel stabalizer and remove my battery. Another day I guess.
  25. Very impressive. I really like the brickwork, it curves nicely and looks like real bricks from a distance. My only gripe is the top cones are half open, is there a reason for this?? Also I thought it was funny, I was going through the pictures on flickr and I came to one labeled right size, and I thought wait a minute, that looks like a toilet. It was, I didn't notice that it moved onto to other pcitures. Nice toilet BTW.
