  1. The layout is fairly simple but our reminds me of the way an old western town actually would look. I quite like it as well as the black & white effect.
  2. Hello legobeard, I share your enthusiasm for this new pirates line, as does most of the pirate crew, we have an existing thread all about this new line in the pirate forum, this forum is for posting MOC's. Please see the existing thread here. Thanks for understanding. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=44443 We'll get this merged pretty quick.
  3. Having just bought a complete set of series 3 off of bricklink a month ago, I thought I'd never see then in stores. Well I randomly saw them in target so I did the sensible thing and strolled through the checkout with 45 of them..
  4. I found one full box and a half full box at Target in the U.S.A, ironically I bought a complete set of 16 from brink link just a month ago. So I did the sensible thing and randomly picked out 45 and bought them.
  5. Never gonna give you up, never gonna something something, looks like the powers that be agree with me. Sorry.

  6. I'm loving the details so far, I can't wait to see the whole thing finished.
  7. TLG most likely asked he merchant to take them down. We have done the same.
  8. I think yours looks a lot more poseable than the LEGO version. I like it.
  9. I camera across this on gizmodo.com and did some searching and I didn't find it in 10 pages so I figured I'd post it and see. The picture is a link to the article, pretty impressive.
  10. All I have to say is yes. Hilarity ensues.
  11. Don't take this the wrong way, as its jus2 an expression, I'm certainly not calling you stupid. The saying goes: Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer. I think the way this correlates is, you kind of should have expected this. You knew they were a knock off and usually when something is half as expensive, its only half a good. I'm glad you got some pieces you like though, at least it wasn't a total loss. This also reminds me of a good quote from the movie Tommy Boy. A guarantee is only as good as the company that writes it. If you want I can take a dump in a box and slap a guarantee on it, and all you've got is a guaranteed piece of crap. I para phased a little.
  12. I think its brilliant, the floor is an awesome design, but I think you also did really good with the water and multiple levels. It may seem basic to people who MOC a lot but I think it adds great depth to a scene. Overall it looks great.
  13. Great job everyone, these are some fantastic shots!
  14. Fantastic Captain Blackmoor, this looks great. Now if only some Pirates would come and pillage.
  15. This looks great, I like how they are staying true to the colors.
  16. Looking really good so far I look forward to seeing it finished.
  17. This is fantastic, I love seeing the brick built hulls, and the layout is great! Welcome to the Pirates forum as well! I'll get this up on the Classic-Pirates.com blog soon! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  18. An old game but I remember when this trailer first came out, I was so excited for GoW to finally come out. Great song too.
  19. That makes perfect sense, as they invlove almost every theme, but at the same time are not part of ny theme. Great idea.
  20. I try not to post in here without a new title, but whenever I see your title, I can't help but read Rick Roll And I think to my self, Rick just got Rick Rolled. In case you are not familiar with the term, here is a quick history, don't worry, there are no actual Rick Roll links in this post. What does it mean to get Rick Rolled
  21. I think you'd be promoted to Foreman right away. It's like riding a bike, you never forget.
  22. I look it as KimT is the emperor, Stash is Vader, and you are Vaders secret apprentice.
  23. Try opening your pictures in any photo editing software like photoshop our even paint, then simply resave then, usually that will cut down the image size because trust me no one will want to wait for a handful of 1.5 mb pictures to load. A second alternative is to open a flickr account and host them there. Flickr does you the favor of uploading your giant image and then giving you multiple sizes to choose from when hotlinking it to a post.
  24. I look forward to seeing the new pictures, hopefully yoy cam take them on a nice white background. The hill is very nicely done and I commend you for making it out of bricks. The size reminds me of jack sparrows first boat he sinks in the beginning of the first movie.
  25. I like the bike, and the pphotoshop job looks professional, really. I'm telling you man, riding misses you too!
