    The sheer size of your minifig collection(s) astounds me Penguin. My favorite so far is the Scarecrow, great paintjob.

    You need to make several cuts from the outermost edge to most of the way in towards the center, if that makes sense. It should bend around quite nicely that way.

    That one's my fave. As to the Sky Fortress, check out the game Dirk Valentine for inspiration, it has some nice designs IMO.

    ^ Good points you've got there, the Hobbit movies are scheduled to come out in 2011 and 2012, I believe in December of both years.

    Amazing sculpting job on the Hulk! Nice use of the rock monster arms as well. I can't wait to see your Thor!

    It begins to harden after about 2 hrs, but is still workable for a couple more. The process is very gradual.

    You might want to get some of this for you sculpting. The benefit is that it hardens by itself 24 hrs after it's mixed.

    Adobe Illustrator. Expensive, but quite nice. You can get similar results with Inkscape, which you can download for free.

    Um whoah, these just keep getting better and better! They look very much like the ref. pics you have provided.

    I actually do all the "scaling" by eye, meaning that I just freehand them. Each drawing is perhaps... 4-ish inches tall.

    This "Kingdoms" theme sounds very promising so far, I'm glad we're getting a green faction. The fact that the wizard is also green would seem to indicate that he is a member of the dragon/ snake faction. Dragons are real! *nodnod*
