Evil Willy- An Imperial Fort with no name MOC
Evil Willy replied to Evil Willy's topic in LEGO Pirates
Roofs are my weakness when it comes to building. I have no Idea how to makte them well. -
Well today I took out my LEGO for the first time in...Months Probabley since like "March"ish. So yes its basically an old imperial fort that is being re taken for use. It's crumbled due to war and is being brought back to service. It is rather small, enough for a few gun men, no cannons as of yet. Yup thats a lot of big pictures :D Enjoy tell me what you think!

I'll let you and Phes continue the deep discussion, I missed out on the begining. But THat is a beautiful collection you have there, the fortress9port) is absolutley beautiful, I love the space between both models for ships to go through...Everything is wonderful. It looks so full, and with plenty of defence like a real fortress would have. I am inspired, I believe Willy shall be taking out his lego soon, very soon. Edit:P.S: Do you play ESPG? For if you don't you should! It takes time setting up and is hard to get used to but boy is it fun! And you seem to have quite the collection that would allow you to do so quite easily :D Check it out -->here<--

These are absolutly beautiful, everything from looks, to playability. Good job to you Baronsat. Keep it up, but one thing though is that yes...They are expensive.

Knockoff/Clone/Imitation Brand Pirate Sets
Evil Willy replied to Mister Phes's topic in LEGO Pirates
I really don't incourage buying knockoff brands, they are worthless to collectors, they are ugly, they break, the colors are faded, they dont snap well together. They are really bad. -
This is a very original ship indeed, The sails are stunning but I find that the rest of the ship should have been more realistic, less bones more "Ship"

I believe this might have been posted before, but no matter. It is a very nice "Big" version of the Eldoraddo fortress. But my thought is that it is too much. It's suddenley much to beefy and it seems like a lot of the pieces are too much, (like the lattice...) Its nice but I very much enjoy the original LEGO sets, they are so clean. This MOC lacks simpleness.

Jabba's Sail Barge - The best 2006 Pirates Set?
Evil Willy replied to Legeaux's topic in Pirate MOCs
This is a very interesting idea I would love to put to use, if only I had money, now who here has bought the set and is interested in turning it into a pirate ship? Please show us some picture and we can all throw in some ideas and get this idea going. -
Welcome Monkey Bosun. I see your asking about ESPG, its Evil Stevies Pirate Game, as Mr. Phes pointed out. I am one of those who play this game it comprimises of LEGO ships, lego MF's(Minifigs) and a lot of guns and lego money, you push your ship arounds with meter stricks (Certain distances depending on your ship class and the direction of the wind) and fight with the other ships useing cannons, (Dice rolls) Your ships has "Life points" and so do your minifigs(They can fight with swords and guns) again this is using dice and rules. You also have NPC's that the Game master controls (I am a game master) so i use imperial soldiers and scropions on some islands and stuff. Hope that helps, have fun here!

Thats an absolutley amazing ship, wow I can't wait to see this beutiful piece of art. and one question, why is there black marker in this picture here is ti for reference to future colors? Is that marker washable, if it isnt...You are too rich :D
-
I guess it was some kind of error making the parrots...Very weird though, I wish we could see the picture(As everyone else) So until then, so long!
-
I love this idea, it should definantley be but to use :D
-
It looks really good I wish I had some black people to add to my ships, I personally think they blend quite nice with the yellow people. But heh its all a personal decision. For some reason I had never though of adding them to my crew, geuss its cause I have none.
-
Im glad it helped you make your sails, now you need to buy some hulls and show us your ship! I'm confused as to how cofee did not work well...Its simply cofee, it stains, it shouldn't fail. But ice tea sounds like a great idea too.
-
Interesting, well I have no money for now so that is useless, but thanks for sharing what you think are the most useful books.
-
Well here is my 2 cents. First of all, yes its a good MOC. It could though get better. Color Scheme, a little too plain, some things look to be not so solid(The mast) little details, and I find that the center piece looks funny cause off all the different colors. But, in the end, its a nice ship.

Same here thats what it reminded me of, but its definantley different and very beautiful indeed, I very much like the darker pieces at the bottom making it look slightly "Collapsed" very nice MOC!

Introducing the latest MOC builder oDDerFisken
Evil Willy replied to oDDerFisken's topic in LEGO Pirates
Hmm I'm a little late from the original post but welcome here and yes you;re in the right place. -
Same here man i'm trying to come back as hard as I can, its hard. Congratulations on the flags too I'de love to get a ton of those!
-
That is a superb piece right there. Very good find, something I would love to have if only I had some money... Its really splendid to set atop your bookshelf!
-
I quite like that feature of the moc, the whole moc is splendid anyways but it just adds "Realism" Not all leaves are created equal! Very nice
-
Ha how am I suposed to classify a silly ship like the lotus, when all it has are 4 guns :D
-
This man seems to like to build huge ships on small hulls. Quite nice but I think it might be too much.
-
Woho I'm late on seeing this but it is absolutley amazing, it looks so real you should make a complete ship like that.
-
I really like it too, the only thing that is bothering me a little is the bley.
