Excellent as usual! Great parts usage for the Hives and the yellow window shutters work perfectly here too. I also like the use of the gladiator helm on Hagrids body, it really works well. Nice addition to your growing land!

This isn't the last challenge, there will be 6 altogether, and the 6th challenge will wrap up the current main storyline.

That was just Artorious's throne room, the Great Hall is where the feasts are held and where the Table Of The Brotherhood Of Avalonia is located. I should build a round table really , but that would be too predictable. However I do like the Round table in the movie 'First Knight' where all the members lay their swords down upon it. Still a round table is all very well and fitting with our Avalonian feel, but they are a bugger to build properly and it would need to be big enough to fit all our members seated around it , so maybe a long rectangle one or one shaped like a sword. Even better, one shaped like a Dragon! - now that would be a pain to build!

I usually put the photo on photoshop, draw round it as best I can with the lasso tool, cut and paste it onto a background, then zoom in and fill in and touch up the areas around the moc. Very simple, takes about 15 mins. Great moc de Gothia. Great scene of a brave lone soldier standing against the darkness of Nocturnus.

Work has begun on the great Hall, meeting place of the Flight Of Dragons. Then after that I can finally work on the Black Knights story which will feature lots of guest appearances

Sorry if I have been slow responding to messages end stuff these last few days, it's been Jubilee week here in the UK and I have been busy. Yes I think it's best we bring all our warriors back to Avalonia. We are in for a rough time I fear, we will need everyone!

Call a meeting, summon the Greatest warriors of Avalonia, prepare the Dragon Flight and then get ready for a serious fight! It's worrying as the bulk of our army is still traveling back home, I hope they get back before Victors army attacks or we could find Avalonia in ruins!

Sounds mysterious, interesting and dangerous! We have learnt never to dismiss a rumor. At the moment, we will turn our attentions to Victor and his army, once we have dealt with him then I agree that a team must be sent down into the dark depths to see if these rumors are true!

This does not look good for Historica, I think things are about to get very dark indeed. I'm glad we pulled back most of our army when we did, I hope they get back to Avalonia in time!!! It's strange, Victor Revolword - Revelword = Drow Lover !!! The Drow!

To all those Nocturnians who have remained loyal, you shall be rewarded and we will do all we can to send you fresh supply's of whatever you need. You are always welcome in Avalonia! To those who have turned against your lord, shame on you! What will you gain from this? Do you realize in the eyes of the High King you are traitors! You should reconsider your actions. Support your true lord and help put an end to this rebellion! A land divided is a land in in serious trouble. You must stand united as one. How will you defend your land if you are fighting each other? You must put an end to this madness!

A failed assassination? Interesting. I fear that it will be blamed on an Avalonian because of all the stories this guy has been writing about us. Of course, it can be expected that the Drow will claim they had nothing to do with this. Probably something along the lines of "it wasn't us because we would not have failed"! This is indeed bad news but rest assured we shall help with the capture of the assassin who did this!

Greetings loyal Avalonians! I am most impressed by your loyalty and bravery these past weeks. It is not an easy task to give the order to send men off to battle, knowing that there may be some who do not return. When these situations come along it is always important to know your cause is right. We have received some flak from other guilds who think we are warmongers and some that even think we want to take Nocturnus for ourselves! You all know as well as I, that this is not the case. I believe that our cause has been just and we have done the right thing by helping Nocturnus to stop the Drow rebellion. As always, you, the warriors of Avalonia, have proven yourself and shown why each of you are worth one hundred men! It seems as though the true loyal Nocturnians have managed to gain control of the situation and are now keeping the Drow confined to their dark mountings. However, I am sure the Drow are not going to lay down and submit, I fear they are preparing forces for a future attack. I have called the main bulk of our army back to Avalonia. Only 50 men remain led by Lord de Gothia and their job is to watch and patrol the border incase any Drow try to escape from Nocturnus. A council meeting of the Dragon Flight is in preparation and there we shall discuss the future problems we face and what we shall do in the outcome. Warmongers, ambitious, cowards, liars.....all these things are said about us, but they couldn't be more from the truth! We are Avalonians! Loyal to all Historica! We are part of a legendary warrior race, descended from heroes! When the land is in trouble we fight to uphold peace and justice and we will ride into hell and back to save Historica. We are a band of brothers, bonded by blood from all the battles we have fought together side by side. Each warrior would give their life for each other in battle! If the darkness does come and the land is threatened, we shall stand together side by side in the shield wall, our voices echoing across the battle field as we shout are battle chant. The enemy will hear our voice and tremble, for its the sound of the mighty warriors of Avalonia, the finest warriors of Historica. Then we shall charge into the enemy ranks as if we were the Gods themselves! Be proud to be an Avalonian! We are all in this together! You will never take his head, if you did, not just Avalonia but all the guilds would engage you in war, as the high King would command it! You are treading a thin line Drow! I know you crave power and you would love to rule Nocturnus, but it will never happen, Historica will not allow it.

As usual the tabloids are taking things out of context! Let me clear things up. When the Drow turned on Lord S the true Nocturnian leader, Avalonia sent over an army to aid Lord S and help bring things under control. Not long after our army arrived, a force of Nocturnians led by Lord S and General Grimm, managed to crush a Drow city and bring things under control. We managed to help out and engaged in a few small skirmishes with the Drow. We figured Lord S now had the Drow under control, so we withdrew our army out of Nocturnus and back to the border. There we waited for Lord Gothia to arrive with his men and we then left him with 50 warriors to guard the border and make sure the Drow do not try and sneak a force out of Nocturnus. The rest of the Avalonian army are traveling back home. We are now preparing a council and all of the Dragon Flight will be summoned as well as some high ranking warriors from Kaliphiln and Mitgardia who will stand as witnesses to what is discussed at the council. We all feel something is not right and we are preparing for the worst. Yes we are assembling a large force, but it is not for our gain. If Historica is in need, then our army will answer the call and be there to assist any other guilds who need help. We just want to help keep Historica safe. Remember, we are all one step away from unlocking the most prized treasure of Historica, an object of incredible power. Can it really be this easy? I think not. There are many evils in this world and they would all like to get their hands on this treasure. We must be ready for anything! REX

Oops my bad. I remember reading something about multiplying, but didn't know the idea was binned. Well let's forget those large numbers then, I'm no way gonna spend that much on figs! Just having 40 dark pearl gray armored and visored knights cost a small fortune in itself!

It's only a wishlist! I would never buy that many figures, I would have to build a bloody big landscape to display them properly! I've just multiplied them for show. My real number is 50 spearmen, 50 horsemen, 30 archers and 20 swordsmen. They still look impressive though

Do not be fooled, 50 of our finest spearman are more then enough to hold the Vale pass. If the Drow decide to send an army, my men will be able to slow them down long enough till reinforcements arrive. We are not warmongering, we are just preparing. If something big happens and our lands are threatened then at least we will have a large force ready. The Dragon flight is preparing which will consist of 200 mounted heavy horsemen, accompanyed by 600 prime spearmen, 200 archers and 200 swordsmen. Hopefully more if my bank balance allows So yes, we will be ready!

Our small army we have guarding the Nocturnus border is only 50 men strong. Their orders are to watch the border and prevent any Drow army who try to march on other guilds. That is all, we are not attacking, just there to stop Drow from leaving Nocturnus. It seems the loyal Nocturnians have so far got the situation under control. There are no signs that the Drow are preparing to march an army out of Nocturnus as of yet. They would be foolish to do so and I don't think they have the power or courage. We are confident that the Drow will think twice about attacking, they shall stay in their mountains and that's all the land they will ever get to rule! However, something Does feel wrong and I fear we will be put to the test soon enough. Deep in the heart of Avalonia we are forming an army, the largest seen in Historica for centuries, so we will be ready!!!

Yes, all your characters will have speech in the scene and it will also set up a few other stories.

Don't worry, its just for one quick meeting, then you can put that lovely gold armor back on!

Great Bio's guys Some really great work with the pics and back stories, keep it up! @Beerbeard, looks great so far and I like the earthen trackway with the rocks, you have done well there Just a thought guys, when I use your sigfigs in my great hall moc, I am going to have them all in the same special coat of armour. This is because it is a summoning of the Dragon Flight and so they all all wearing a special uniform. You will recognize your figs from the faces and hair of course! This is only for this summoning, so dont feel you need to go out and buy the special uniform(its pricey ). I just figered that as its a special meeting, that all the figs would be dressed the same uniform.
