Modifying your LDD
Anders Nolberger replied to Zerobricks's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
Thank you!!! I like this very much. There were rumours that Lego is going to release many more parts in LDD where Lego Universe goes live. Mayby the parts is in the file as a preparation for that? LDD gets automatic updates some times. How will that affect this "hack"? -
It looks very red on its own. But together with the rest of the train it looks very good!

MOC: Santa Fe Western 4-4-0 Locomotive
Anders Nolberger replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Train Tech
I like this version very much. It look faboulus with the hopper! -
Are you saying that it is a new motor in the new sets other then the RC one? I thought that picture of the boxes showed a motor where the cable is attached without a connector but then I decided that it was inpossible to see.

It is wonderful. I usually like 6 wide better but you have put much details in this small model. Good work!

Getting part list from LDD to Bricklink
Anders Nolberger replied to fp_lego's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I have now made changes to my program to be able to read files saved with LDD 3.x. It can be found at http://www.nolberger.se/Lego/Wantedbricks/Default.htm -
Wow! It is fantastic. And PF too!
-
I like them both very much but maybe the second one is even better. Great work!

And here I present my humble contribution to this contest. I don't have any white baseplates so the sledge might be a little heavy to move, but santa is using magic isn't he? I also did not have any Lego deere available at the time so I substituted it with a horse instead

I like this very much. The waterline is very good and it all looks butiful.

I hope you heard in Fagertsta I think this is very good. You also have two MOC's on the frontpage of Eurobricks at the same time right now! I don't think that happens very of often.

According to Peeron this set http://www.peeron.com/inv/sets/1552-2 is from 1972 so... that would be 37 years. I can not swear to not dissambling it some time in the early yers but it has been assambled for most of that time and definately since 1980 or something. I have more sets that is from the same timeframe but they have been stored dissasembled and then been build again in recent years (1995- something).

Yes, or make the second store a little lower without the decoration above the windows. The ground floor and the 3rd looks very good!

I like the cabin cruiser even more. Excelent!

Truly a masterpiece! The hull shape is very good.

Fantastic, The roof is awesome and I realy like the growing vine with its support.

Thank you! I am experimenting with spreading some loose plates on the floor and it looks good, it gives a little bit of a dirty look. I will also rebuild some small parts and i am thinking of adding a workbench for repairs in the barn. I have to order some parts to make it look as I want but i will get back when I have done the updates. Thank you for your suggestions!
-
Thank you! Do you have any suggestions on how to make it more interesting? On the other side it is intended for the tractor to park so space is needed. I don't want to add cow sh.. to my Lego!
-
I am very glad that Lego made the City Farm category but I was not very happy about how the cowshed looked. So I made my own in a more Swedish style. It is very loosely based of the farm where I grow up. Overview Silo at the back From another side Wagon with food for the cows Above the cows there is storage and place for hay The cows are fed There are some more picrures at Flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/andersnolberg...57618745408851/ What do you think?

Getting part list from LDD to Bricklink
Anders Nolberger replied to fp_lego's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I hope that it will help you. I was planning to announce this application here on Eurobricks after the next update to it. But the functionality that is now works fairly well so enjoy. The thing to look out for is the mapping between LDD bricks and BrickLink part number, especially for printed bricks. In the next version I plan to have the function to browse the BrickLink catalog and make it possible to add/replace bricks with a better interface. I will also work more on the mapping so that it works better. -
Nice, I like the texture on the snare drum (f thats the english name for it). But does a REAL drummer look that nice?
