Very cool news in my opinion! Im really looking forward to Disney's take on star wars, and hopefully this guarantees the continuation of Star Wars Lego for many more years to come!

Just got a second hand 2008 AT-TE 7675 for NZD $90 - thats $75 USD!! Afew pieces missing and Rex, Anakin and the battle droid with its blue stap, but the seller said they'd have a hunt for the missing pieces and figures. Fully stoked when I saw it!

Man the NZ LUG is doing great! Would love to come to an event one day! :) Just wanted to ask if anyone has found any sales recently? Or any good deals on trade me? I just scored the 2008 AT-TE for $90! Afew pieces missing but im still stoked! Been on the lookout for that and the 2008 gunship at a bargain price for 4 years now! Just need that gunship! On another note, Im contemplating doing a BL order sometime this summer (when I have cash to spare) and getting alot of the LOTR sets of this year and next years ones, as its much cheaper that way, just wondering if anyone else is considering this as well? Maybe we could organise an NZ bulk combined order through the LUG or something...Just an idea though. CF

Just from peoples experiences on fishpond, they can be pretty bad, but there are the times when someones Lego set has arrived but like 2 months later, so its kinda up to you. Currently i'd recommend Toyco, they have a 20% off sale storewide and shipping is fixed price at $6, not sure if they have the sets you want though, have a look though! Warehouse may have a sale, i do know they have the series 7 collectible minifigures 3 for $10, but apart from that i don't know if they have any sales at the moment. Have a look around online. Bricklink which is the world wide lego haven may be your best/cheapest method, that is if your happy to buy from overseas and all, as i said, have a look round and post here if you need any help. There's plenty of nice NZers ready to help. Cheers CF

Toyco has another storewide 20% off sale, excludes afew lego sets. It ends on thursday night, so get in quick if your wanting some good priced lego! Farmers have the 2010 Battle Packs for $12 each! And afew other discounts. For the minifigure collectors, Warehouse has 3 for $10 with the series 8 minifigures, and other discounts. All in all everyone seems to be doing a nice little sale atm. CF

Nice! All up my order would have been $300, came down to a nice $140! I picked up 2 London escapes aswell, a Geonosian Cannon and a little Ninjago guy for my brother... Im tempted for another order to get some Uruk-hai sets, but then had a look on BL. I've seen this guy in the past. He sells brand new sets, and has alot of themes, at really affordable prices! Even better then Toyco! Just wondering how much shipping would be, and if i'd get hit with tax. If i say bought $100 or so NZ dollars worth from him would they hit me with import tax? I've never bought lego outside New Zealand so don't know. Anyways im very happy with my Toyco purchase, still got till friday to make another one! CF

I did a $140 order this morning..... So excited!!! Dissapointed though that I missed out on the whitecap bay set, only $68! I emailed Toyco regarding the Gandalf arrives set as I noticed it wasn't on the site, they said it would be on tomorrow. So Im doing another order once thats on. CF

Finally something Lego related released in Aus and NZ before the rest of the world! Haha, looks super fun! I find it incredible that this is all possible on chrome, it really is the best browser. CF

Went to warehouse today and picked up the bounty hunter assault gunship for $49. Hoped to get a 10% discount with their we'll beat it by 10%, as Farmers also had the gunship for $49.99. But no, they had already beaten it by $0.99, so no discount. Lots of new sets, especially SW!! I haven't seen many but was surprised to see all these new sets! Are you liking the new Jabba's palace Legoman? I thought, oooh thats gonna be a must for him when I saw it. Lots of sets to get, will have to save up some cash! CF

Warehouse are having their Great Annual Toy Sale! Saw in the tv add they have 20% off Lego City. Would be nice to have some good deals on star wars, might go and check it out over the weekend though. CF
