  1. Hi, thank you for your post! I'm happy you build my model and also customize some parts :) I like the "new" nose and some small details that you changed. Personally, I'm not so fond of the bigger eyes (is it dish 3x3 ?), it makes the head look smaller. About the head turning - did you try to turn only the neck part without the head ? does it still not move ? I had to add the turnable parts next to the neck because otherwise there is too much of friction. Did you do it exactly as it's in the instructions ? (page 269 - black turnable plates 2x2 ) ? Martin
  2. Here is the model on rebrickable https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-20570/thire5/terminator-t-800-bust/ you can check out the part list if anyone is interested
  3. Thanks! The instructions are finished :) You can obtain the pdf file on BrickVault.toys Here is the video about the model done by BrickVault guys:

  5. Thanks! I was actually thinking about doing this scene in a bigger scale. I have really a lot of dark bluish gray plates, tiles, grills etc. so my idea was a cube with the size of around 30 studs. With some Federation ship(s) in the similar scale like your's
  6. Thanks! I'm happy to hear that the instructions are easy to follow!
  7. Thank you! You mean Enterprise E ? I noted in the description that it's portraying Enterprise D, but in this scale it is hard to distinguish so I don't know :D.
  8. Thanks for your help! I had to add those unofficial parts in the LDCad library and then also in "Custom parts" in stud.io. Works perfectly.
  9. Thank you! I'm happy you like it
  10. Thank you for your reply! I finally had time to come back to my project. Unfortunatelly, I was not able to render this part correctly :( I copied the files you provided into correct folders (templates, donors), I also tried to register new folder for Template and Donors in Prefs/LDraw but when I open the file test.mpd it's always missing the end parts. I'm not experienced in LDCad, I installed it as a part of LDraw-all-in-one pack (version 1.6a). My final goal is to import those bended hoses into stud.io, but it seems like there will be another obstacle https://forums.ldraw.org/thread-23006-post-29758.html#pid29758
  11. Thanks! This Enterprise was created while I was playing with those pieces, almost by an accident Your Falcon is cute :D
  12. Hi, check out my first Star Trek mini MOC. Star Trek vignette by thire5, on Flickr
  13. This model looks great. You managed to put a lot of details while keeping the right proportions. Can't wait for your next project.
  14. Hi there, I know this is an old topic, but I've recently recreated this model. I'm working on the instructions now, I hope it will be finished in few weeks
  15. Hello, I'd like to ask for help with LSynth. Has anyone ever managed to synhetize this flexible part in MLCad using Lsynth tool ? I found the part entry in LDraw catalog http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/30191.dat also with three subparts, but I don't know how to use it. They even mention using it with LSynth. I just need to make simple bended shape like it's done in many sets, for example here: Thank you for any help.
  16. Pretty impressive :O. Do you have any estimation of how many pieces does it contain ?
  17. My model was featured in the latest issue of BrickJournal magazine. Thank you so much for this great opportunity Also if you want to see it in person, it will be exposed on the Skærbæk Fan Weekend expo in Denmark (29,30 September) Check out also my new Facebook page for the updates on my new models and events :)
  18. Wow you managed to do the instructions so qucikly! That's amazing. It looks like it's created in Lpub, isn't it ?
  19. Thank you. Actually, I had to modify the scale a bit so it's not so precise. For example the Jabba's balcony is maybe 2x bigger on my model (compared to the circular building) that in the movie.
  20. Thank you! that's nice to read.
  21. Thanks! :) Don't worry about the front dish, I'm gonna use this one https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=18675pb02#T=C I just need to buy it first >)
  22. Hi there! I have some update on this model. The wings are mostly done, finally, I adapt the size a little to fit the official Lego R4 unit). Now I'm fighting with the cockpit. I also searched a little but there is not many UCS scale models of this starfighter. I found the one from Anio, then of course my own old version, and this maxi version (which is too bricky for my taste).
  23. Thank you guys I was considering to make the buildings in tan color but then it would be too monotone and in the movie it is clear that the buildings have different color than the sand.
  24. Thanks guys! I'm happy you like it I got it about the miniature, thanks! My first plan was to build also a part of that big rock on the opposite side of the audience, but finally I had to reduce the project a bit :D Not exact but from what I calculated from photos was almost exactly 700. :-)
  25. Thank you for the comments @Iperial_Fleet_Commander: what do you mean by "actual mini model of this set" ? Most of those podracers are my custom (except Anakin's and Sebulba's), I posted them already before: [MOC] Gasgano Podracer [MOC] Clegg Holdfast Podracer [MOC] Mars Guo Podracer [MOC] Ebe E. Endocott Podracer and this guy>
