Same with me. Im at high school which as we all know, reputation is everything. I dont want people to think Im immature because I play with a "child's toy". Most people do not get the joy I get out of Lego which can only truly be discovered if you open your mind which most people cant do. It's especially annoying when I buy lego and the cashiers give you weird looks, I try to ignore them but it gets on my nerves. Im glad you have decided to stick with lego. I had the same thought when I first started collecting, but I stuck to it and I never looked back. Its been a great few years so far.

Yeah this has also been a problem of mine also. I have lots of loose bricks that I have collected over time but they are all different coloured and it is difficult to MOC something. I have searched around bricklink but there is just too many bricks on there and if I was to buy from there I dont know how many bricks I would need for in what colour and size. I did buy one of the creator houses to try and hone my MOCing skills with it but I have yet to get around to playing around with it yet. Id love to hear what some of you great MOCers think is a good way to build up brick reserves.

Has anyone seen the series two minifigures around anywhere?

Ah thanks for that Siegfried thats pretty cool. Though I think if you were worried about scale wouldn't you choose another building material like wood?

Yeah you wont find much luck. But I would keep checking eBay to see if someone hasnt check out what its worth and is trying to get rid of it quick. Or is just dumb

Looks really great and its cool to see some Modulex. So what are the main differences between lego and modulex?

Shaak Ti and Saesee Tiin! Wow I thought I probably wasnt going to get that set but now I dont think I can resist! Now what I dont get is why do they say, "containing bricks to build a battle droid carrier.."? Is it going to be like the podracer bucket where you can build one or two but not all three? Im not sure cause they worded it quite weirdly compared to the others.

Just a quick question? How could an earthquake wipe out all your lego? Wouldn't it just shake them around and destroy them but you would just be able to put them back together. Unless it was a huge earthquake which destroyed your house, wouldn't you have bigger things to worry about other than lego? Sorry if its off topic but it just came to mind

Bingo There have been a lot of unnecessary purchases for me which I really didnt need to get. The sets I would buy would be the modulars because I missed out on them because I was fixated on Star Wars and was focusing all my money on that.

It depends what kinda Spongebob it is. Nowadays spongebob is pretty crap but the early 2000s was quite funny and very whitty at times. I just hope they dont keep a main character, I wouldnt want it to end up like the clone wars. Celebration V looked like so much fun I wouldve loved to go. All the pictures and videos are just really fun to watch and I really do hope they do something like this again in the future but with Mark, Carrie and Harrison all there with George. The IGN top 100 is good but its quite cliche. The number 1 is really obvious I looked over him because I thought they would choose more of a cult favourite instead.

Yeah definitely Savage Oppress is really blatant, even more so than maul. Maybe he isnt his brother but they are just using the term 'brother' as more of a group kinda thing. My description may not make sense but the only real world example I could come up with is like Catholic Brothers where they are like brothers and call each other brother but not genetical brothers. I dont know just a thought.

This MOC is really great. The shape is just perfect and its no surprise this won first place. The only thing I would say could be revisited is maybe add a few more colours in there instead of just the won. Great work!

Im pretty psyched for them to put them on blu ray. I like them adding scenes into the movies as long as they still have the original readily available and dont cut any of the original scenes out of the movie. I think the new scenes are cool because they add just that bit extra. I just hope they arent expensive.

Sounds really interesting and there should be a lot more action that the last season. Im not sure about Maul's brother though. Savaage? Really? I mean Maul is a cool name but Savaage is really kinda obvious and not as cool as Maul. I wonder what the connection with the OT is? My first non obivous guess was to include someone like Mon Mothma or Admiral Ackbar because they arent really major characters and Filoni would be able to put them in with ease unlike a major character.

Im guessing like Delta 38 it will be like the 2001 droid carrier. It would be a more detailed version, excluding the megaphone blasters and just slightly bigger. Just like this years Droid Tri Fighter there will be a new pilot droid with the same kind of printing the rocket droid had with the circle on the torso and on the head. Just as its supposed to be.

The Battle of Endor is a great set to get him definitely. Its got great minifigs and a lot of them, its a good build and it has great parts if he feels like creating something himself. Another great thing about it is that it will become a collectors item over time so if he gets bored of lego just keep it nicely wrapped up and sell it at a later date!

Well not today but a few days ago I bought Cad Banes Speeder. Really terrific set and I bought it cheaper than what its meant to be which is fantastic!

Season 3 starts on Friday 17th September! (Link for anyone interested) It says that it will kick off as a one hour premiere. Sounds interesting from the article on starwars.com and kinda sounds like there will be more action rather than last seasons filler political episodes (which I didnt mind btw).

Yeah I know but it would be cool if they made a great App that has a good interface and great PDF scans.

I have done this with my iPod Touch and it works well. I can imagine that viewing instructions on an iPad would be even better and a lot bigger. Tablet computers would be great for this kind of thing and the screens and the way you manipulate them is perfect. I would love to see an app that has all the set instructions that you can view. It would sure be nice but I dont think Lego would do it. BTW, I thought Siegfried would have closed this topic already? You posted right before I did

Young Solo? hmm Im not so sure. I would like to see what he's like as a child but definitely not in the Clone Wars its just to early in the time line for him I think. That teaser is really cool and looks like there will be some great episodes. Maybe Ahsoka dies in this Season? I hope if they do kill her off its brutal and tragic and not kid friendly. Im sure looking for the next season now I hope its better than the last!
