We all have to start somewhere and we always make a few mistakes along the way I did pick up both of the battle packs and the Battle of Naboo today. Im loving the sets so far! The battle packs have so many new minifig pieces. The new clones are really cool and I cant wait to see a whole army of bomb squad troopers in the future! The speeder is ok but in some ways its rather big. The mando are superb, until you take their helmets off. The head wouldve been ok for just one of them so they couldve been Pre Visla. Then if they acknowledged his existence in the set they couldve included his black lightsabre too. The Battle of Naboo is really good as well. I got it 30% which made it $35 NZ ($24.6 US) so that makes it $2.90 NZ ($2.05 US) for each minifig exlcuding pieces. Jar Jar looks awesome just because we havent had him since 1999 and the extra colouring makes him so much better.

For cleaning my Lego I use a small soft paint brush. Its still very effective at getting the dust out and I haven't seen it leave any scratches. Its also good for getting inbetween the studs and good for just those quick brush overs. Its definitely my weapon of choice.

Yes we have sorry. But EuroBricks has a policy of not deeplinking photos with the confidential watermark on it. It saves the site a lot of trouble from Lego.

As much as I want to put my hat into the ring, Im afraid Im just a cookie. I think Big Cam will do the best job as because he's so freakin' tall he can project his booming voice. Today I bought the two battle packs and Battle Naboo. I was tempted to buy the Bounty Hunter Gunship for the same price but im happy to get that at 20% off, its only $10 dearer so it aint bad. But $35 for the Battle of Naboo is amazing. That's 2.91 a minifig without including parts! I didnt buy the V wing just yet because Im going to wait and see if its selling or not. I'd love to pick it up at the same discount the TIE defender

Ah 2011 its finally come around. The start of it has been great and it's just one of the joys living in New Zealand. I hope EB carries on its success into the New Year. Hazzah!

That's what I was expecting. I think people hyped up these bumps far too much in my opinion, but I dont go and hoard minifigs cause I think that's just wrong. Though I did pick out 5 of the series 1 minifigs, and 3 series 2 all different without looking at the barcodes. At least feeling them will still work!

To be truthfully honest I have never read that back page. Its just ive never really considered it. Maybe I should get out my instructions and see what you have to do. Now I know you can actually win something and it isnt region based I will probably give it a try. Can anyone tell me what you actually have to do for it?

Nice to see we are getting them. I must go have a look in farmers to see if they have any cause at 30% off I doubt we will get a better sale anytime soon. Thanks for the tip offs guys!

oh... that's bad. Um I dont have one really. But if I was going to have one it would be to buy some loose lego and start honing my mocing skills. I know how to do SNOT and use pieces to build a solid MOC but I need to start getting the reserves to actually build something of my imagination.

And no one has fixed the typo in the title yet? The more I look at this set and all these good reviews the more I like it. Its just that the more I look at it, the more I see what I could miss out on like the two brand new Jedi! They are really impressive and at the rate we are getting new Jedi I would hate it if I was just missing two of them. The ship well its ok, slightly better than average but fitting all the minifigs in the cockpit would bump the rating a lot for me. I think since this and the bounty hunter gunship are the two top sets of the wave. I will side with the gunship, I mean its just better. Great ship in an interesting colour, 3 awesome minifigs that are as good as the minifigs in this shuttle. It definitely is a tough choice.

I feel most of us havent had like a huge expedition to get an elusive set because getting it off the internet is so easy. The furthest I have gone is probably finding the lego store the day before in Brisbane Australia. Then forgetting where it was and spending all afternoon searching for it. Its not much but I was really relieved to get my y wing!

They look pretty good! Its definitely strange that Lego are selling McQueen and Mater in like impulse type sets. Flo's cafe does look good and really seems to have the whole bunch from radiator springs. I suspect the boxes with no image must be sets from Cars 2 cause Disney must want to keep it under wraps.

Excellent ending to an excellent game! I have to congratulate the other Noodles for making it so far through the game without being very suspect. Especially Arjay considering the other godfathers were ratted out really fast. Im glad one of us won it. Though im still confused about the whole ending with fugazi though. Can we have more of an explanation on that please? I think I was converted on day 5, 6 or 7. It was about the time where they were building up steam and I came in just as things were starting to pick up. I think some of the rules you introduced later in the game should've been implemented right from the beginning. The game really worked out well in the end but it was the middle were it was the same people posting and no one else was contributing. I think that really made some people frustrated (Stash, myself and Sok). I cant wait to her what Stash has to say about this. It seemed like he was losing his mind. The second to last day was really confusing. Just post with votes and unvotes. Though at that time in the game they didnt really need to have big arguments. I think everyone knew who the scum was it was just getting them which was the trouble. Anways here's my character message I could not understand why NO ONE knew I was the double voter! I even said it in the day thread but Admiral Ron still questioned Zepher's counting skills. I thought I was screwed cause being in a different time zone I always voted at the wrong times which was right after a vote tally. Though I didnt want to say anything when people said its meant to be 11 when it was 12 cause I thought it was pretty obvious it was me defending myself. Zepher most days were action packed and you got them out so quick we didnt have to wait long for the next day. It was superb. Thanks so much for the part

Yeah I agree on the V wing as well. Though it is on par with plo koon's starfighter so at least there is no inflation next year on sets. However today as a family present my mum picked up the winter toy shop. Yet to build it but at $100 for 850 pieces, it isnt bad. I also wanted to lay-by the AT AT but they couldnt lay-by on sale items so my mum bought it for $180 and I will get it when I have enough money. So that ends my year for Lego. Bring on 2011!
