My oppinion is, and always has been, that they're cr@p, but LEGO should still be applauded for trying to do something new and interesting.

(Heath Ledger) Nurse Joker
captaintau replied to SirNadroj's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
That's great. We need more Nurse minifigs anyway. I like what you've done with his legs there. In regards Dark Knight sets, the Tumbler could be described as a Dark Knight set. -
LEGO Collector's Guide & LEGO Collector - Premium Edition

I had the same e-mail, except that mine said that there were 3.333 copies being made. What? 3 and third? I eagerly anticipate mine. I'm going to use it to create a list of all the sets I've ever owned. It might surpise some of you city/space/pirate/castle fans just how diverse I was before my dark ages. Me being Mr Star Wars and all. -
Can you do the rest of the Combaticons?

If you could live in a LEGO set...

The second-edition system-scale MF. It can fly to the nearest cantina, seems comfortable. Some stimulation. A droid to wait on you. A princess to chat up. -
A large part of the reason I fell out with FBTB* is that I wass annoyed with people that couldn't use half decent English spelling or grammar. I was threatened with a ban, which might shock some people here. I didn't realise that it was a multi-national forum (I was very new to forums, then). I learned from my mistake and brought a new outlook here. That outlook meant just accepting people's English (within reason, there are posts that I just don't have the time or motivation to try to decipher). I agree that the forum should strive to be accessible to all and not have a childish tone, but this can go too far. Potentially very good members could be put off. What's your stance on dyslexic members? * waits for Bony to reinforce that he doesn't care about other forums. I would argue that you need to learn from others' achievements and their mistakes. Jeez, it seems "Bonaparte" is an increasingly appropriate handle.

I can't wait for this to arrive, though it'll take me an age to read.

You guys that have ordered it: where from? -
Well, I got "Master" title in Aiki-Jujitsu by training for years, running a successful club and reaching 4th Dan Black Belt. I recently got my "Renshi" title in Kempo Jujitsu by training hard and well and representing the organisation at international level. It also came with the 4th Dan Black Belt grade. Hang on, you're talking about EB titles, arn't you?

Because you're furthest away? That's a great video, if you ignore the annoying child. I'm in two minds about it. Firstly, I want it as bad as anyone else. It looks great. But then there's space and money considerations. I have too little of either.

I'm thinking that it must be a glitch since the chair doesn't have an "interact with me" arrow above it and won't be pushed anywhere. I've played the level from the beginning twice. A reinstall might be in order -

Can anyone please help? I'm on Last Crusade, chapter two, right at the end. There's a chair on a tiled floor that obviously needs pushing to the left. Except that it won't be pushed, no matter what I do. I've tried twice. There's also a broom on the floor, but that doesn't seem to be at all interactable. I'm stuck. Any help gratefully recieved. -
I'm a member of a FaceBook group petitioning to bring WLIIA back. Great job.

Bugger me! I've just got back from holiday to find this. Incredible. I've skipped over all the pages between the first and last so I hope I've not missed anything important (still got 12 new EB pages to check)

Does anyone know the PC spec'? -
With the Batman sets, all the Bat gear: the Batcuffs, Batarangs etc. They're great to have but on a couple of sets there's no place to store them so they just get lost.

Then evidently there's no wind

Review - Agents 8635 Mobile Command Center
captaintau replied to Svelte's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
That's an AWESOME review. And a great set, it seems. With all of this year's Star Wars (I still haven't got Rogue Shadow) I can't afford Agents too, which is a shame looking at this.
