  1. Nonsense. Eidolon/Stealer FTW! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  2. "Well, I'll concede that leaving him alone this round could be beneficial, as soon as I seal him we can engage in a full-on assault. Dreyrugr's attacks have a high chance to stun, and Illdria's enamour, so on a successful shot from either, their commander's chance of boosting his men is diminished. But if you wish to be particularly safe, I see no reason not to respect your preference. Consider then this course of action:" Battle Order: >Pretzel: George (Heavy Flail) >Sylph: Drake (Scroll of Sealing) If Seal fails, read as follows: Zasies: George (Mace) Erik: Colby (Titanic Axe) Nessa: Henry (Silver Crossbow) Dreyrugr: George (Crow Claw Dagger) Illdria: George (Rapier) >Jules: Morgan (Water) If Seal Succeeds, read as follows: Erik vs. Cadet Colby (Titanic Axe) >Nessa vs. Henry (Silver Crossbow) Zasies vs. Cadet George (Mace) >Jules cast Water Spell vs. Morgan (Wand) Dreyrugr vs. Drake (Crow Claw Dagger) Illdria vs. Drake (Rapier)

Too true. and youngsters never have any respect for their elders. Therefor they will burn. Bwahahaha.

  4. OoC: Forth Wall Shmorth Shwall. It's not like Sylph said Henry. Also, I think 'Let's get this over with.' has become Sylph's battle cry. "Now let's get this over with. Jules, follow my lead: target Morgan with a water spell. Dreyrugr, I believe your skills and that nice blade of yours would serve us best targetting the one in charge. Likewise, I do not want him to steal your gloves, which would make him quite powerful against Jules. I will Seal their leader, since he could really make this fight difficult. Monk, I want you to hit the man-in-armour with your 'flying cross.' I'll heal you if you get stunned. Zasies, take-out one of the weaker chaps so that I can reasign you faster. Captain, help Dreyrugr with the Sargeant. Nessa, Erik, take out Colby. Erik, I particularly want you to stay away from Morgan and that armoured Cadet. If they get ahold of your hide, that won't be pretty. Wait for me to Seal them. Any Questions/suggestions?" >Sylph-Seal Drake (Scroll) >Pretzel vs. Henry (Flying Cross) Erik vs. Cadet Colby (Titanic Axe) >Nessa vs. Cadet Colby (Silver Crossbow) Zasies vs. Cadet George (Mace) >Jules cast Water Spell vs. Morgan (Wand) Dreyrugr vs. Drake (Crow Claw Dagger) Illdria vs. Drake (Rapier)
  5. Is building Brendenton!

  6. This is basically what the discision making sounded like during the riots: "Alright boys! The Lord's taking our loot and xp, so let's burn our loot and then the rest of the city!" "But what about the Children?" "Burn them too. A fire needs kindling." And then they were all... "Who's that madman with the torch? He's burning down the Inn where the Lord and the Hinckwells were meeting!" "Let's give him a medal once we finish putting this fire out!" Oh riots, you bring out the worst in all of us. Speaking of Brendenton, my next Quest (which I'm almost finished building Sets for) starts out there. It's hosted by the Hinckwells again, but this time there may be an opportunity for Shadeaux Reputation. We'll finally see the Hinckwell Brendenton-Branch building, and we'll visit Sundestia's capital too, although only briefly. Fun fact: Brenden is a bastardization of the German word for Burning. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  7. "I'm glad that we could settle this so easily." beamed Sylph. "Jules, hopefully when this is all over you can speak freely about those assasins, deal?" Yes, Happy Birthday!
  8. Sleeping on duty? That's something offal!

  9. Sleep tight Bonapartes!

  10. "Fair enough." Sylph cast Sleep on Henry. "We're just wasting our time with these guys." Sylph stated to the party. "Erik, put your hide back on."
  11. Or Turn 'em Into Newts! That's always fun! (And also makes you have to fight melee!) (Or throw them against a counterstiking, lucky, encouraged bitch and her minions! ) Eidolon certainly was one of the hardest battles ever fought, but I agree that Regret took the cake. From the PLs perspective, Eidolon was under my control until the free-fall, but Regret was a constant challenge. ~Insectoid Aristocrat

  13. No problem! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  14. I dunno, that sorta feels like cheating. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  15. And Minimized!. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  16. Sylph technically has Zeigfried rep, but he's planning on getting in with the Guild asap, so whether he's included or not doesn't particularly matter. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  17. Wasn't Cronk among the first heroes? I love the possitioning! Great Pics, Sandy! You're the man! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  18. Or, All enemies deal unremediable Cursed! in addition to Poisoned! and damage. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  19. Seconded... Would you happen to have any Baby-Ts from the Adventurers theme? ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  20. Ahahahaa! Those pictures are beautiful! Looks like Benji/Pretzel is a thing now. Benzel? Prenji? I was thinking of having my next character be a rogue, but after seeing that... I'm not quite as sure. I may have to make him another cleric. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  21. "Great." stated Sylph, frustrated. "Hey, Bonapartes, I don't suppose this could wait? Not to 'obstruct your seizure,' but my mates and I were in the middle of something when you folk barged in?" Called Sylph to the invaders, half-heartedly attempting to make them leave the crew alone, but confident they wouldn't get any information out of Jules unless the threat had been satisfactorily dealt with. "If this goes south, that information you've got better be worth the trouble." Sylph mumbled to Jules.
  22. While I admitedly did not notice the lance, I always knew that Dastan looked like a dragon head. I thought Pyr might have been a reference to Tyre, the Phoenician port-city though. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  23. Huh. I based Sundestia's main port city on pre-reformation medieval social structure, with the oppressive corrupt church and distinction between the ubiquitous poor and the very exclussive nobles. That mostly evolves from it being loosely inspired by an Anime that takes place in a semi-fantasy Pre-Reformation Germany. The rest of Sundestia may be a bit different. Brendenton is big enough to be a city-state and holds an inordinate amount of political power, so it could be hopelessly out-dated by Low Kingdom standards for that reason. Also, Sundestia has a female monarch. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  24. You could set this kingdom in the Low-Kingdoms. Sundestia could use a millitant neighbor. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  25. Or at least those who don't Min-max their money-making potential. I'm still a poor humble Cleric! I can hardly afford the items I want! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
