Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here

I've always thought it was supposed to be 5D6-RA-7, the droid that we see passing Han, Luke, and Chewbacca near the Death Star elevator. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/5D6-RA-7 -

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion
Drock replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
I do, and think it will be Batman in another suit from the game - Sensor Suit, maybe? It may come later. The same way the Harry Potter Hogwarts add-on came awhile (I'm not sure how many waves) after the initial big Hogwarts. -

I guess they reserved that "you'll buy this somewhat crappy set because of a really cool minifig" honor to Doctor Doom. -
Marcos Bessa: nice job. I was in love with this set as soon as I saw the picture. I'm saving my pennies and waiting for January.

It probably is for LEGO Batman 2. This may just be a preliminary thing which will be fixed later -
Bizarro Smurfville? Thanks for the pics. Santa is bringing my daughter the camper for this Christmas. Hopefully she is into it and I can buy more

Statistical Distribution of LEGO Star Wars sets throughout the years
Drock replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thanks for the effort, KielDaMan. I like all sub themes equally. You can see it by looking at my display shelves. For me, most of the CW "good stuff" (the main staples that we see often in CW and also in PT - AT-TE, Gunship, AAT, Venator, etc.) was released in 08-09. In order to come up with new sets, LEGO is relying on niche ships from single episodes or arcs: Dathomir Speeder, Bounty Hunter Ship, Umbaran thing, etc. I understand this. I just have little interest in these kinds if sets. As far as OT, LSW has been around for long enough that I have most of what I like from the OT. For example, I don't have any interest in this years TIE, X-Wing, Y-Wing or next years A-Wing, because I'm happy with the older versions that I own. Yeah, I may have sounded a little cranky in the other thread. Maybe Star Wars LEGO just isn't doing it for me anymore. I understand LEGO is doing what they can and have to do, so I don't blame them. No worries, LEGO. You are still getting my money through Superheroes and whatever I buy for my kids. -
Nah. I didn't mean it like that. I just meant that I'm happy with my 2006 model, so I'm not interested in getting this one. I rarely get two different versions if the same ship, unless there is a huge improvement.

Nah, "hulk_smash" saw the catalog and said there wasn't one. Maybe a rumor long ago included a Freeze vehicle. -

Not muc else to say. I love the Batboat. It is what I expected, and I had high expectations. I'm not really a Spidey fan, but his set looks good as well Brickheroes has had it listed as €26.99 for awhile. -
I'm trying to find something to like. The A-wing is ok, but not different enough thsn the 2006 version. Other than the Rancor Pit - well, the Rancor - this wave has nothing. LSW has lost its way it seems. Each wave has fewer and fewer desirable sets. It's ok though; I have Arkham needs in the first half of 2013.

LEGO must have really laid down the hammer about people's lesking the confidential images. Last year I think it was early October when we saw them -

I'm thinking it will be about the same piece count; maybe smaller and more solid, though. Also similarly suzed to the 2012 sets that were $20 and had three minifigs. -
Delta 02 Cat, I would go with either the Desert Skiff or Luke's Landspeeder (Landspeeder has been around for awhile so it may not be around much longer). If you're into the Prequel movies and battle droids, The Battle of Naboo is cool.

What do you prefer?, Lego Batman or Lego DC superheroes

I think we're twins ;) -
You got a great deal. I'd say you could get £60- 90 for the minifig-less Sail Barge set. You have the skiff and sarlacc that go with the set too?

No way! That would be awesome to have scenes of the teen trouble alert. And Zane turning into water... And Gleek. Ha. J/K -

DC Superheroes. First of all, the Superman set. As far as Batman, I prefer the styling going back to the roots of the comics. Two-Face, Riddler, and Robin especially. Also, some of the 2006-2008 sets were hilariously oversized. The Batwing and Tumbler for sure. And the Battank The newer ones are lacking detailing, but their sizes are much better. The 2006 Batwing looks so impractical. I can't imagine Michael Keaton flying around in that thing to crash the Joker's party. I do prefer the older Batcave, but it's apples and oranges considering the prices. If they were both made today, there would probably be a $30 difference. -
