A fantastic store MOC to go with your already amazing shopping district! The colors and details are amazing. The pattern on the floor is unbelievable. At first glance I really thought you had just laid in a piece of fabric. It is incredible that it is made of bricks. Fantastic build

WoW! This is a very cool team of custom minifigures. Very well done -
found TWO red ninja torsos in lego store!
Commodore Hornbricker replied to echobanzai's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
My guess is they somehow came from a Vintage Minifigure Collection Volume 2 set(s) to be in that bin. Maybe they had some damaged, returned sets and threw the parts into the minifigure bin. -
That is hard to choose. I have my favorites from both eras. There seems to be more variety in the old line as it lasted much longer so I like that. The new torsos are more detailed and are printed on the back. The new heads are very nice. The only reason I have to go with the old line is that that is the line with the Bluecoats... For me the new line has this huge gap in it without a new Bluecoat. All that said. I am so glad to have the new minifigures in my very large collection of new and old pirate minifigures. Lego....I want more!!!!! I want a new a Bluecoat soldier and Admiral!!!!! and I want a lot!

Welcome. I love the fort! The design style is very nice and the amount of details in this creation are awesome! Are you a pirate fan or is this just a singular creation you had to make? Either way, it is most excellent!

6253 Shipwreck Hideout discontinued?
Commodore Hornbricker replied to diabloiij's topic in LEGO Pirates
Yeah, Shipwreck Hideout was a limited edition set. They were gone pretty early on in the Pirates run. I am sorry you missed it. It is a pretty neat set. I am sure you can find one on Ebay or Bricklink...hopefully for a decent price. Good luck! -

Welcome to EB. I hope you enjoy your time here. I myself am not much of a comic book follower but I do like Lego comics. -
Very nice MOC and very funny. I must have missed this the first time around. I am glad it came back!

Fantastic MOC. It toally reminds me of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom! I love the story. The poor Professor really can't cut a break with his hair! Very funny.

Welcome. EB could always use another flightless bird! I'm not really sure why but I am sure it must be true. Enjoy the site.

MOC: Steampunk familly holliday
Commodore Hornbricker replied to Captain'Spaulding's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Great MOC. Lots of wonderful details and snot. Very much makes me think of Mad Max on a family picnic! -
WoW. She looks lovely! I can't wait to see her all rigged up and it sounds like I won't have to wait long. The first couple pictures are funny your classic sailing ship with a background of fighter plane wallpaper. It looks like she is about to blown out of the water by some serious modern fire power. That made me laugh

The ToR II Studio Headquarters
Commodore Hornbricker replied to Commodore Hornbricker's topic in Pirate MOCs
Thanks SlyOwl. I've dealt with Derfel already...He'll just have to be patient and wait his turn for publishing! That being said, the Pirates have been a little quiet lately...and they are usually pretty funny. Yes, I agree. I hope those spinless dogs enter the fight! -
OK...and now....mercifully....It says, "Captain Blue Hair is a Pest!" I figured I better record it as it isn't likely to last long. Funny how all my titles seem to be about Captain Blue Hair lately...apparently we are now either arch-enemies or we are dating....MUHAHA! I might know who made this latest one but if I do, I am not saying....THANKS!

The ToR II Studio Headquarters
Commodore Hornbricker replied to Commodore Hornbricker's topic in Pirate MOCs
....NEWS ALERT.... Bluecoats everywhere are in morning this evening as the remains of one of their famous leaders has been pulled from a sewer pipe leading away from the ToR II Studio. Redcoat Officials have confirmed there was a small problem with the Studio’s plumbing earlier today but are certain only $#!+ was flushed. -
Cool comic. Are you using Comic Life software?

I have always been a big fan of your creations. This beautiful hall is no exception. The details and design of the build are fantastic both in the building and in the square. The roof is obviously the thing that jumps out and slaps you in the face and says look at me...I am a special MOC...and well it it. Totally awesome!

Capt. Foolery's Quarters
Commodore Hornbricker replied to Capt. Thomas Foolery's topic in Pirate MOCs
I love it! You put a ton of great and fun details into your quarters. This is one of those MOC's that is just like eye candy for me. I looks really terrific. -
Very nice entry. I was just thinking of that turkey idea last night! Very funny! Cheap plastic was hitting below the belt...even for this crowd
-
Another great MOC. I really enjoy how you are using the scene you have built to tell a story.

Indeed, welcome! Your ship really looks nice so far. It is a very good example of a CGH Technic ship in the middle of the build. I hope you will post more pictures as you progress.
