I can do that! But no, I don't need reinforcements, but I do put a small portion of my ships to the side for later use. If others need reinforcements, or I do, that small portion will come to their aide.

"We already know the number above his door... 001... but he didn't have a dining room in the apartment."

Who? Wha? When? Sorry, I fell asleep from inaction. Amphibious assault, eh? With the Sea Serpents and the whozeewhatsits? I'll do it, just give me a little cannon ammo. I'm a sitting duck without armed backup forces.

You rush out of the hotel, ignoring the woman behind the desk as she looks at the party curiously. As you walk outside, you spot the Doorman propped up against the wall, unconscious. After a few minutes of searching around, Fay returns, quite shaken. "About the body..." She says fearfully, "Its gone..."

Well, you certainly added some well needed details. Love the cahin connecting the cape. Fantastico. The leg "skirt" is nice, too. Keep it up.

Fay pushes the door open and the bedroom is revealled. There is a large bed up against the wall to your right and a dresser with five shelves to your left. There is a bay window on the wall in front of you, with the middle window opened. Unfortunately, there is a man with a gun pointed at Fay as well. "Look out!" Sir Dillon cries. Fay ducks, and a bullet whizzes through the spot her head was moments before. "Wait, don't shoot!" The Brickster shouts. Athos cocks his gun and lets loose three shots, all of them hitting the man. He stumbles backwards and falls out of the open window, plunging to his death. A few seconds later, a thud is heard from his body. You look out the window, but the mist blind your view. "Thanks..." Fay says to Athos, who looks slightly satisfied. "A good thing nobody got hurt." He replies. "Well..." Fay says. "Since we're bound to get kicked out any moment now because of what just happened, why don't we explore the room?" A piece of paper is on the ground where the mysterious man was before.

Okay, what'd I miss? Too lazy to look through all the pages. And did anyone answer my question about the Norweigs's's's's? Anyways, Phes, if ye don't give my troops an order soon, I'll consider that as a "no" to my addition to your ranks and will gladly aid whichever side I feel needs me.

The key is a perfect fit. Fay bites her lip nervously as she turns it in the lock. With a small click, she looks at the rest of your group. "Should we go in?"

*Drools* Those... must be resized... *Jeeblies Jeeblies overtake Darkness Falls, making him faint. He wakes up minutes later, only to faint again at the sight of the new sets.* If god is listening to my prayers, he's done good. So the Gate Assualt is a kind of prequel set to Sentai HQ... for the first time in my life, I must say that the Sequel surpasses the first. Sentai HQ is amazing! I see two towers, a Mech docking bay, a HUGE gate(with holes in it... wtf were the Exo-force thinking when they built that thing?) Seven Minifigs, a mech with two fully posable HANDS... The only problem is that thing's going to destroy my budget. Striking Venom has a massive amount of robot minifigs on it, looks amazing... Wow, for all of the mechs we saw in the first wave, I can say that once that gate in Sentai HQ opens, hell's gonna break loose. You could store all of your Exo-force mechs in that thing! Lego came through with this wave, although I'm still disappointed with the lack of floor in the middle of Sentai HQ. I'll build my own, I guess. Very impressed with this. Now all I need is a Robot HQ and my room will become a scale model of their world...

Knocking on the door doesn't do a thing. The Key does not fit the Lock. "I'd rather not break the door down." Fay says. "Let's find the key first." Athos and Sir Dillon groan. "Can't we waste a little ammo?" "If there is someone in there, the bullet might hit him, and I don't want to pick any locks. That Lady at the desk said no funny business." Fay finishes. In the cabinets there is a bottle of painkillers that is full, a few more empty Lightbulb boxes, Listerine, Colgate Toothpaste, and a Toothbrush. There is a brush and a mirror as well. The Small cabinet behind the haning mirror has a key in it.

Okay, even though everyone dispises the Vikings Creatures, I love the Nidhogg. The color, posture, even the <insert that tiresome argument> head are perfect. It just makes more sense that a Lego animal be built, not snapped together with four pieces. Even though my opinion is the other way completely with the Dinos, my decision is final. Vikings Dragons Rule!

SOMEBODY show us some Exo-force pics. I want to see those new sets really badly.

"The Bedroom's locked. There's a light coming from the other side though, and I keep hearing strange sounds from the other side..." Fay looks again at the Bedroom Door. "Strange..." The Bathroom has a Large bathtub which is half full, a sink, and three cabinets, as well as one bhind the hanging mirror.

Some ghost ships would rock. I'd like some shredded sails and whatnot, but a Seaside village would be good, like a Pirates Pillage set, where pirates are lotting the town. Yeah, that would rock. Of course, some entirely new pirates sets would be good.

PHOTO REVIEWS: Thunder Fury & Grand Titan
Darkness Falls replied to The Middleman's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I'm thinking of getting the Grand Titan more and more after this review. Thanks! -
Pleh, he's got a point, Cap'n Phes. Why are we attackin' those damn Norwegs?

"Do you guys usually wait around this much? Where are we going next?"

Pictures of UPCOMING Knights Kingdom 2 Year 3 Action Figures
Darkness Falls replied to sam89's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Those better be some Prototypes. Like, "We-had-nothing-to-do-so-we-threw-some-pieces-together-and-took-some-pictures" Prototypes. There's no bulk in these sets! AT ALL. The minifigures are fine, but the castles are... G'jankas. Horrible. There better be a Vladek's Castle-like set to pull this line through this wave. -
I made a Gundam Bust after seeing those. Bust, meaning top half of. About the same scale as those ones, except a little more blocky. I'll post a picture sometime.

*Patiently waiting for alliance form...* Ready for a Norwegian attack on your signal, Sir! I'd toast, but My cups aren't as shiney as yours...
-
The Black one dominates them all. Case closed. No, but seriously, the Blue one is cool, but I have it, and its not as good as one might think. The Speilberg one is just... pleh. So the overall winner is the Black 'un. Besides, the laddie comes with the best Helicopter EVA.

Word. Wait, no... I mean... "Verily".

New Greenland, sir! And... if we need to get specific, Greenland. But New Greenland sounds better, yarrharr! One of these Forms... how might a matey come across them?

Null vote. All of the lines had some great qualities, and some pretty bad ones, too. Harry Potter disappointed with minifigs and the dragon, but The Graveyard duel, along with others, were very good sculpts. Vikings had a great concept, but the animals were pulled off poorly. I still believe the Prototype pictures were better. City was... City. Great vehicles, but buildings were subpar. Bionicle is having some kind of rebirth, but the sets action features are still a long way form good. Star Wars was very true to the movie, expect for Minifigures. Could they actually make Grievous ACTUAL SIZE? He's a frickin foot taller than most of the characters! Knights Kingdom? Better than last years', but brought down by lack of new minifigs. New armor? Cool, but I want new Helmets and whatnot. But Dino did it for me. Very good vehicles, very good figures, and, I must admit, I was quite fond of the Dinos. Damn, should've voted for Dinos.
