The blonde oh to keep it nice, lets say "actress", is dead, who was forced into the show by fox. The Aussie Asian "actress" is dead. Charlie is dead, which is a pity because i liked him, more so from him as Ryan in OZ. And Derek is dead. Sarah it seems has cancer. And i highly doubt there will be another season, the ratings were very poor, due to fox forcing the writers to do things the way fox wants. Then again, Simpsons, American dad, Family guy, Futurama, they are nothing compared to what they were but fox still flogs the dead horse.
