    Since we're getting sets off of the second Hobbit film, we wont be getting any LOTR sets January 2014 either. And, if we get some for the third, we wont be seeing any until January 2015!

    Read all of the bios. See, 'Legomilk' is Santa! That's how he reported the news about next years Artic theme! Also, for the 'Lederhosen Guy', it kinda breaks continuity in a funny way. We now know that the Highlander is a cosplayer! Confirmed for Series 9! Secret Agent figure who is really the Business Man figure!

    No sightings yet. We will probably start seeing 'em in late August/early September. That's fine, since I'm only halfway done with Series 7 and I'm missing only the Statue of Liberty of Series 6.

    Additionally, I think they're gonna release this set near the time LEGO City Undercover comes out. If it's a retailer exclusive, it'll probably be for Target (which has no exclusives currently for Summer 2012 City).

    They didn't want it to be directly related to TDK, as that movie is considered by some to be very dark. I think they're gonna be a bit more movie accurate with next year's TDKR set, except it wont have the logo on it...

    I think they will delay the Barrel set... Darn. I was looking forward to that one. I'm gonna shoot TLG at tweet to see if the will delay anything. Hopefully they have the license by the third film. The original press release didn't say anything about it.

    I voted "Escape From Barrels, as it seems so mysterious. Special Edition sets are always like that, which is why I love 'em so much. Also, Special Edition sets usually come with the best figures (the Zombie figures for MF, and even Twitch for TS).

    I agree with you on this. There wont be a Narnia film in a while and if there is it might be an indy film. Additionally, the Narnia franchise isn't as profitable as it once was.

    Yep, everywhere I go the sets are always sold out. Heck, I've seen more Winter 2012 Star Wars than Winter 2012 Friends.
