Coruscant Air Taxi Back story: Hinckley took a job as a Coruscant Air Taxi driver. His first fare was TheBrickster, Sir Dillon, Sinner, CopMike and Ras. There was a lot of horseplay and Ras started to pick on Hinckley. Hinckley said it was very dangerous to mess with the driver. Then TheBrickster's hat blew away. He told Hinckley to slow down or he would shoot him. Sinner farted and smelled real bad even though they were zipping along in an open air taxi. Hinckley finally had enough. That was Hinckley's last day as a Coruscant Air Taxi driver.

Most obvious April Fool's joke ever.

Well, other people are talking about it in this topic. Maybe you should go see an optometrist as well. The diver is a Blacktron figure. He is simply enjoying a refreshing beverage out in the water. Spongebob is burying Ahsoka in the sand with a shovel. And lastly, don't expect a banner for every season. It just isn't going to happen. This is just a scene that brings all of the themes together like in the old catalogs-a concept started by BrickMiner...

When are we going to change our banner?

Perhaps you will find the answer in this topic. -
And replacing all of those batteries...

I talked to a friend who works at the Chicago LEGO store and he said that it was a limited edition set that kids ask for several times a day. He doubts it'll be back in stock but said it was an extremely popular product. I agree with 5150, though. It's kind of wimpy.

Good idea. I will make sure he appears in every future banner. -
Perhaps you could both PM the respective forum moderators for those themes and let them know...

It's not a prelim. It's using lifelites and he shows in his folder how he built it. It is quite an amazing MOC. Wow, wouldn't that be cool though if TLG did release a working Carousel this year? ...

It's still listed on the US Shop@Home site, but as "sold out." Sometimes, they replenish those stocks. I'm never clear on what "sold out" menas.

Mystery Manor - The Conclusion
Hinckley replied to Dragonator's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Yeah, we're pesky like that. After the game host tells us we hear a noise from above and blah blah blah. Yeah, how stupid of us to assume...shut up. -
The project looks great! I think the interior looks superior to the exterior right now. I would consider bringing some of that excellent technique from inside to outside. The windows and white brick just seem too basic compared to the other parts of it. And I really don't see how this could become a military base. Have you googled pics to work from for that? But, all in all, I think it's a very cool building and I would continue working with it and continue to create something really cool despite the contest. The tower and sand outside are a really great start for the military base, but I'm not sure how the building fits with that. The building looks more like an Embassy than a military base.

Apologize to her for me, then. Wasn't me. I know who, though. You were somebody's first!

OLD Mafia and Mystery Games Index

Done and done. I'll add your name back to the list when you prove to have a solid concept. -
You have the best display name ever!

Do you have an address for that blog?

Oh, I certainly hope so too! Thanks. Thanks! I also dream for the interior, but I was on a limited budget. I think I may have to create my own version on a smaller scale for my own layout... I love the idea of the microscale version inside! I should've at least done that! Thanks TheBrickster! It was a fun challenge getting everything to work. The small windows were a geometry problem for sure and I did like the way those stairs turned out. Did you notice I had to cut the three pane windows in places? First time gluing, first time cutting...but I will never use megablocks! That's a good point. Otherwise it would have to sit behind plexi and that would ruin the feel of touring a home. It would feel like a museum and that's what they were concerned about. I am also concerned about the overhang. I didn't have the dimensions of the table before I got there and was afraid it would look silly if it didn't take up enough space. Turns out that wasn't the proper concern. It was a bit of a geometry puzzle. Even harder is figuring out what order to glue it in so you don't glue the wrong parts first leaving it impossible to put back together or making it impossible to glue certain other parts. My partner, Jocko, tried to help with the gluing and started with just the headlight bricks and wood slats. That was disastrous as he tried to glue the wood slats and 90 degree angles just by sight and it ended up glued crooked. Nothing a rubber mallet wouldn't fix, though. Hilarious! You and Asuka think very much alike, too. He made the same joke! Thanks for the nice compliments! I took pics in progress and will definitely post a timeline of my progress on this. Good idea. Thanks. Again, the budget stopped me from making more landscaping although a couple of huge trees would've been cooler than the goofy robots. But, it is supposed to be a 10 year old boy's room, so we didn't want to make the house to overly-detailed. Hell, my first idea was a space city-but that would've been too difficult in the two weeks and at the budget I had to work with. Sourcing the parts through stash2sixx proved a lot easier for the replica of the house since the elements are pretty basic. A space city with robots would've been much more expensive and harder to find parts for. As it was, I ended up pulling a lot from my collection even after getting all the bulk bricks from stash. Thank you! And yes, I did design the new site. I'm separating my jackass comics and adulterous soap operas from my professional work to not cause any conflict with potential clients or TLG in case I ever apply for the Certified Builder Program. Thanks everyone for the nice feedback. It's much appreciated! :sweet:

No problem. I found a site that makes it compliant with every nitpicky browser out there. Even stupid IE.
