Nice job on this review Blackknight I agree with KielDaMan; Although poorly-received, the Ki-Adi Mundi figure is better than none at all and I appreciate TLG for giving us one. A new minifigure like commander Jet would have been nicer instead of a already released Commander Cody, but I understand it as not all of us own him. From the pictures the new Geonosian looks good, I'll have to wait untill I build mine for the final verdict. The new starfighter is a big improvement, I cant argue about that! Now I only need time to build...

Nice MOC Legostein It just feels so small, seeing it compared to the Venator and Star Destroyer. When I played KOTOR it seemed so big in the in-game cutscenes. Anyways you did an excellent job (again).

Thanks Supersonic for finding the Hoth base pictures I'm not sure what to think of this set, my expectations were a little different... The bacta tank with luke and medical droid is a nice feature though. This set has to grow on me.

I had the same thing, I stayed up (and almost fell asleep) until the promo started and I could order with discount/no shipping costs but there was no mentioning (or checked box) of the promo figure black ARF trooper. This morning I read your post and checked my order, then I checked S&H to find out if it was possible to add them to the cart. I was shocked it was, because I hadnt! I just called with S&H (a very nice belgium lady) and they were most helpful and have added them to my orders since I qualified for the promotional action. So I would suggest everyone in doubt to call, S&H is most helpful - they havent let me down. Big compliments TLC!

Great news Mutley777! I agree with Churchill; I will be buying sets I already have to get the minifigure(s). No shipping costs is a big help and maybe the exclusive sales and deals as mentioned will help out too. Only one week of waiting...

Thanks for the pictures Grogall and all the others that posted links to Toyfair pictures of course. I'm really looking forward to the june wave after seeing them. I like the sets a lot, but in my opinion the minifigures are the ones that really steal the show. edit: please dont turn this topic into a price discussion/rant

I think the piececount of the MF might have something to do with the landing gear that is shown on the preliminary. I dont mind that it closely resembles the 4504 as long as it solves some of it's flaws and the landing gear is one of them.

Thanks for the pictures Kris Kelvin Havent been on for a few days and astonished about the new info. I love the new MF; yes, it looks similar but they solved the issue of opening when the MF is upside down. Lots of details are different too, for instance the cockpit attachement. Curious as to what has changed inside. I'm looking forward to (almost) all new minifigures. There hasnt been a year to my knowledge that so many new ones are released. Great job TLC!

Great job Praiter Yed I found some inspiration in the past too from Hopesoo009's designs. Your design makes IG-88 look very sleek, the head and body (shoulder and hip connection) are very innovative. Although I never liked using that the foot connection, but I guess there isnt a real alternative. Well done!

Wow, that's awesome The size of that Millenium Falcon will dwarve my 4504 but even the 10179 Millenium Falcon Cant wait for more pictures from landscapes, vehicles and minifigures (1:20 scale!) from all mentioned episodes.

For now I voted for Shaak Ti. TLC did a great job on creating her minifigure. I'm really looking forward to Ki-Adi Mundi and Watto, they could change my mind but the preliminary pictures are too blurry to tell yet.

Well done Legoman I like your droid rack and the use of the droid arm as a lowering mechanism. Also the rack where the droids hang looks awesome. Is it the rack stable with the lenght it has? I'm gonna give this set a MOD too, just builded it original. The technic arm I'll be using definitly wont be as long as yours and the rack wont be as original, as I already put it similar in my MTT. Great job! I would love to see your MOD. You wont have room for a rack this size inside the MTT.
