I've seen concept art of the Inika. They look nothing like they do now. So drawing still doesn't really fill in the void of being a set designer. Besides Lego has standards when it comes to set designer and art designer. They require super awesome degrees. -Omi

Well look at it this way. We have Pop, Ben 10, and Toy Story for System themes. Now lets say that all (Licensed and non) themes of this year return for next year (for the sake of argument), that is a lot of themes. Lego is just cutting one licensed theme loose to make room for more. Only logical. -Omi

Already told you how awesome they were at Bfair, but might as well post. Claymore is amazing. I saw someone with it and was like "where you get that?", and thats when I raced upstairs. I find the mold to be perfect. Handle isn't thick so the hands don't wear as much and still fits snugly. Blade isn't as much weak despite it being thin. The P90/PDW I also like. Will randomly handed it to me and at the second I already had a use for it, which is for my Solidus Snake fig. Chainblade is also cool. I have uses for that already. Didn't get a chance to see the other in person, but from the looks of it, they will make a great addition to the BA inventory. -Omi

It was done with Harry Potter. I don't see how it can't be done with any other theme. Besides reasoning makes sense to put it on hold for PoP, and then continue it if interest is still there. Besides, isn't a hiatus better than cancelling? Also BrickCon is the last US Lego con of the year, and thats in the fall. I was told hiatus. Not cancelling. -Omi

The Lego PoP sets are going to be based off the movie, not the game. Therefore sets are not related to the game, but the movie. Just like the Harry Potter sets were based on the movies, and not the books. -Omi

Talked to TLG officials at Brickfair, and this is the official word as of now: Indiana Jones will not return next year as it will be on hiatus. That means no sets next year, but there is a possibility for a return in 2011, but that is no guarantee. Reason for the hiatus is because of Prince of Persia, and it is expected that the PoP theme will last at least a year. Of course everything is tentative, but that is the word right now. -Omi
