1. Technically the story did wrap in 2008 when Mata Nui awoke, which was what the whole story was about in the first place. Plus, it can be wrapped in one full year if they wanted. 2. I can list quite a few themes that were Lego's best sellers. But everything must end someday. Even Star Wars meets an inevitable end (the license actually ends very soon as well). 3. Films always have lots of money put into them and they can end up flops and ruin the franchise. Take Batman & Robin for example. And even if the movie is a success, the franchise may not. The future can never be determined. But you still prep for it. -Omi

I try to stick with Lego as much as possible. However if Lego does not make what I need, then I will substitute and/or improvise with what I have. And because I customize figs, I have to resort to a lot of minifig custom accessories such as Brickforge, Brickarms, MMCB, etc. -Omi

Recieved my order today, so now that we have another set of eyes on them, we can see if they are good. This was my order (except some hairpieces, which I didn't include in photo). Not sure what plastic they use, but it is pretty durable, so it can endure some extensive play. The Grey is close to Old Grey. Weapons are the stars here, and the bow is perfect for elves (I actually plan to use it for my Fran). Not sure what his intentions were, but I also recieved a free bag of parts in tan as well. One of each piece in tan. More than generous, and hopefully I find a use for these. :) Some downsides though, you cannot equip a cape normally with the body wear, and the hair is really tight on heads. But overall, I say these guys are worth the penny. -Omi

Just because the story is written to that point doesn't mean it ends there. Sales determine how long any franchise can go. If you aren't selling, then the story ends there. Greg has said that in the past. -Omi

That line "story will be concluded" can be misconstrued, kinda like "city in the skies" was last year. Think about it, technically the story already concluded last year with Mata Nui awaking, which was what the whole Bionicle saga was about. Like nothing hasn't already? :P Heard the same shit from Star Wars fans too. :P -Omi

You do realize that new parts is what Bionicle fans like right? But you shouldn't be disappointed in people's decisions on the sets. I never liked the sets in the past years save for the new mask molds, and I never got on people's back just cuz they liked the sets. Gotta respect people's decisions. And to each their own. And don't use the gimmick argument. Lego has been gimmicking us since day 1. As with every corportation. -Omi
