this is madness I never said the N-1 is not a UCS... but lets stay by facts PLZ!! do you agree with mee?: 1. "UCS" is a term invented by TLG ?! right?!, do you agree yes or no? 2. This term is only a purpose for advertising LEGO star wars Model, like the lego system model theme. ?! yes no? 3. and so far only 3, now 4 sets have the term on the box( if i recall right) 4. because of this the community is using the term ucs for lego moc that are different to theirs system scale brother (p.EX.; bigger, complex build, greeblings and loot s of details....)

no I didn't...but wehn you cant or don't want to understand that UCS is just a marketing tool, you maybe are just to young, no offence, to understand how big companys earn money. Lego is a expensive toy compared to other toys... yes all those ucs cost a lot of money but you also get more bricks. I have a discounter here witch only rarely sell pizzas of a well-known company, does that make the pizza rare?? yes maybe in this shop but the Pizza itself is not rare NOT AT ALL, same goes with UCS only becouse TLG DON'T give the right to all shops to sell UCS don't make it rare it just appear to you to bee rare that is called a Marketing strategy. YES a UCS can be rare like the millennium falcon but UCS don t stand for rare... if I want, per example, I could without any trouble buy the 10188 death star. after 6? years now.

The poster is missing the 2 first UCS X-wing and Tie Interceptor. That means for you the 10026 Naboo Starfighter is not a UCS set because it is missing 1. be super detailed? it even says UCS on THE BOX!!!

what does the words "ultimate", "collector" and "series" have to do with rare and expensive ??? The label suggest the buyer that he is not buying a "toy" but a high quality model which justify the price "UCS" is a marketing tool to fish potential afol s back to topic... to answer the question: as you can see you will not find a definitive answer to your question in this Threat, the opinions split to far away, maybe because TLG neither know were to use the therm and were not^^ maybe probably not or do they? we do not know... Yes of course they are UCS, I just proved you to be wrong on you theory that UCS needs to be accurate.... the box says it...Ultimate Collector Series http://bricker.info/....jpg?1249738380 In my eyes they were the first and the last with all of that UCS Themes design with stand out from the normal lego starwars layout design, and this is a marketing reasons that comes along with the bigger sets in a unusual scale with higher details. ergo: UCS = unusual scale (mostly not system scale) with highter details and more accurate shape. Which makes me concluding: the newer UCS are just missing the cool UCS blue black monochrome marketing layout design but that is just my opinion..... when lego say it is UCS then it is UCS ... they inventid, they cant do want they want

Going with this theory the first 2 UCS, xwing and tie interceptor, are no UCS because they are not truly accurate!!

Next time read all of my post... I posted the link to the original Lego office picture with the Slave one in it. Yes maybe it is old, very old, but it is still from Lego and if they are releasing the UCS slave, this is by sure one of the first Prototype even if it is 10 and more Years old by now, that only show that TLG is working on big project for a long time an releasing them when they think it becomes in a stage where we give a lot of money for a set, that’s all. Because of those extremely difficult shape of the Slave, it is hard to get it right with old Bricks as we can see in the picture, but now with all new rounded shaped bricks it will becomes possible. I guess that we will see the result in a few days if the rumours become truth. Does someone know at what date the Evokvillage was officially announce last Year?

hi, generally your are right the slave is a extremely complex ship to build with Lego parts because of all those strange curves and shapes, since now I saw just one moc, with is still in wip, with is built in other way then all the other mocs, I would love if Lego is coming up with something like this, but I sill don’t believe in the ucs slave one until I see the official Lego release with I hope is soooooooon. Hi, I just got Benny's spaceship in the Lego store Berlin for 99,99 Euro, so I guess it is out in Europeans Lego stores :) go check your local store, and be sure to get one, it is absolutely worth it !!! SPACESHIP!!!!

Just to clear it up the size Is the new imperial shuttle as big as dmac one? Looking to the cockpits I said yes, but what do you mean? Also I think those two cockpits look identical I mean everything looks more or less identical

Hi, The shuttle is relay just a win, I relay like the howl fuselage and it is relay a beauty in white! in grey it wouldn’t be took to majestic ^^ But! The wings looks on this picture like they don’t have the right angle, I hope it is only of the angle from the picture but it they should me more downward and not like the system scale version, hope the picture help

are the bricks 2 or 3 studs height ?

Hi, Well as you can see I am still something that you can call an active member ^^ However... Tanks for yours suggestion they are always welcome. I don’t know how many studs long it is but you can count them if you want to Junsier's Slave I is more or less minifig scale, the windows is to small on his one and it looks sometimes a little crapy ^^ especially the wings. If tried to scale everything right to the window because it is the only think I can’t mod you know but I wish it were bigger. Mine is one or two studs to small I think. The main body is built in old grey an new bley, it is barly seeing on the picture but in real it looks nice but lacks still of sand green. I have nearly every pic of the slave one including all the illustration and Technical Drawings but I don’t have the the Essential Guide I think, could you take a picture plz ? I already have update the cockpit and other little thinks but never took picture about it. Now I am waiting for the new slave1 from Lego, when I have it I am going to mod it again, maybe in red I have to see that. And yes I don’t like the new one but the shoulder thing around the wings looks interesting but they are not wide enough There is a lot of lack in pieces and in the right colour, those blue, brown or reddish pieces Lego is using on there slave1 to design the under body is relay annoying me an messed up the hole ship in my opinion. I will try to built it in 2x2 an 2x3 roof bricks once I have the new slave an time

Hi, I am very surprised that the summer set wave is alredy that early online! I am most interest in the Slave 1, but this on is realy BAD!! To mee it s looking like a mod of the older one, nothing new, othing special, is ood Ok the nec color shem is nice, well done TLC, but the basic design is relay boaring, stil the same construktion and ist a bad one. The red /brown section is so mutch too low it should bee 4 bricks tall at the higes point.... I hate it what this slave 1 looks like. But New Boba is nice, im missing legsand arm prints. I was realy hoping for a cloud city boba and a UCS slave1... Does some one know the brick they used for the green biger round thing to hold the wings ??? Think its wrom bionicel? Can some one show mee it ? thx boba slave1

Slave ONE Well i do love the Slave 1^^ Should it be Boba s or Jango s ? I think a Jango slave1 would be relay nice but the Boba version would be more logical because of the ESB birthday. I am disappointed of the set nummer 8097, I was hoping for a 10xxxx to be an UCS to fit with the UCS millennium falcon. -_- but now I am very interesting the the design of the new system scale, hope it lucks other then the 2 other version! And when not I am relay relay relay hooooopiinggg for the clout city Boba, maybe with the new jetpack an helmed.
