  1. That was funny how everytime the spacefan heard space, he said "Space!". Very funny comics that poke at the lego community. Like the Swanberg one. Lol.
  2. The Halo thingy looks cool, and the use of the trike body as part of it is awesome...but why is it called a ghost? The Missile launcher is also interesting. I like how you used the technic Steering Wheel as a stand for the missile launcher. I doubt that the Iron Reich would use yellow though. Off topic: Are you ever planning on putting up more pictures for the ZOGbot?
  3. They already do something like that with the Lego Roadplates. I'm dissapointed in the prices because I thought Lego sets were suppose to be mostly for kids...but train theme is now rarely cheap...I mean, when has it been the last time Lego released a 9.99 set for the train theme?

    Exo Hair

I always knew that because it was going to be "like Anime/Manga", that people would critizise the theme for not looking like(Insert Japanese Mech Builder Name). I feel I am right in a way.. On-Topic: I don't mind the hair, but I am dissapointed the minifigs have two face prints...I mean, I can't leave them bald, or they'll look like some mutated freak...

    towns

First of all, please don't abuse the Emoticons. Using one is fine...The point is of the emoticon is to let others know how your feeling. Also, what kind of tips for a town? Tips on How to make roads? Tips on how to make roofs? Tips on how to make restrooms? Tips on how to make a hotdog stand? Other?
  6. The Fire Nation ship looks lame at the moment, but I do like the Air fortress a bit more. The Bikini Bottom is interesting, and cool to see a boat car...
  7. So the black-haired fig was named Genki?
  8. Interesting. I hope it has more civilian minifigs than the previous Advent Calendar. I also hope that this Advent Calendar brings back some old pieces and use them in a different way, just like the previous one brought back the classic-space jetpack part as as firefighter airtank....
  9. One of the train sets has a mailbox :oD ! The other has a civilian Car :oD ! The Tiny Turbos are looking more and more like Lego's attempt to counter the Megablock's Nano stuff. I like the little Police Car, and the Tuner garage, which I'll probably turn into minifig Scale one. The yellow car on the roof looks like the Flame Glider of the first wave of Tiny Turbos(The orange HotRod-looking car.) The other car on the Tuner Garage reminds me of the Tuner X set that came out recently. Really cool. But what's with the Japanese-like writing and stuff on the Garage? Pretty cool overall, although Brickset says theres a Street Race set...wonder how that one will be...hopefully just as cool as the tuner Garage... :)

Unless all the civilians are Doctors, coast watch, etc. ;) -l2k- I guess so...but I doubt they could live on their workplace...that would be sort of stressful no? Anyways, I hope Lego is at least thinking of more civilian sets...

I didn't know Lego had the bike piece in green...what set did it come in? As for the construction workers...well, I think that one was walking on the street, coming from lunch, and noticed his pal drive into the water. He dialed the rescue number(911?), and dove in after his friend, and when the hospital helicopter came, the second construction worker helped the one in the car into the strecther...Now it all makes sense. I hope this means more civilan sets...because theres no point in all these services(Police, Coast Watch, Firefighters, Doctors, and Construction Workers) if there are no civilians...
  12. I might join, despite the fact I'm already of 6 other forums(Including Eurobricks, of course.)
  13. I always wondered too why no female figs...and I think that only the train sets come with female figs...
  14. I'm personally wondering why people think Lego would even CONSIDER doing such stupidity...(No offense...). Lego has wonderful themes right now.
  15. Seems that this new promotional City set looks alot like this set.
  16. That's actually a prototype pic - it has more penguins pictured than actually come with the set. IIRC there are 3 in the set instead of 4. You mean that instead of getting four pinguins...we only get three!? Thats dissapointing. I just realized that the security guard pictured in the Toyfare magazine is the same as the one in the spiderman set..(Except this one has the gun, which the spiderman one didn't.) Yes, there are only 3 penguins in the set. While it's disappointing, it's fine by me. One of the coolest things about this set is the penguins - they're made of brick! (Sort of like Gary from the Spongebob set. Wait - we haven't talked about that yet.... :-D ) So, you could easily make as many as you want (and make them whatever color you want with the bricks you have on hand) to go with the set. Want a penguin army like in Batman Returns? Make it! :D True, the pinguins seem to be made of mostly simple parts..(but I don't have the part that makes up the pinguin's torso.) I like the Pinguin dude, as he has the coat and the monoeye thingy...and the umbrella! I have a question, is the Pinguin sub have space to put the pinguin dude and his three pinguins?
  17. TO make a license of something would mean Lego would have to make explanitions of it on magazines...how do you explain a M rated game? How would Lego make that? The only way for Halo to become sets is...UCS. And for your information, in current Lego Themes, the guns are never used to kill other humans...

  19. I agree kimt, That would be an awesome UCS Batmobile...
  20. I'm a bit dissapointed in the Batmobile design...But I do like the front "missile". I wonder whether only Batman can sit there, or whether there is room for more. It also seems that the Batmobile doesn't have many stickers or printed parts...which is cool. I wonder wether its just a steering wheel inside, or there are "controls". The bad guy vehicle is okay. In the picture I think there is a streetlight...cool...I like it when sets come with town stuff like that
  21. It is. The models all are smaller versions of existing LEGO models. That's the beauty/"cutey" of it ;) Yeah, I agree about the cute part...although the mailbox of the trainstation is a bit..small |-D
  22. The train station looks like a small version of this.
  23. I am dissapointed. There aren't enough airplane "worker"figs and civilians in this set. The revolving doors, the baggage claim. The thing to board the plane, the yellow car and its method of pulling the plane, and the control tower are cool, I admit, but they don't make this set worth it. I still prefer the legends airport. I might pickup this City airport when its price is considerably lowered....

    Exo Force

Pretty cool...I wonder why Lego didn't put female figs in the Exo Force...but then agian, since the Artic Alpha Team sets, female minifigs haven't been as many as before...
  25. Wasn't time cruisers the reason that the TIMMY minifig exists? They did were weird, but they came with stuff from various themes, which was cool...
