All righty, then. I voted for Piav. *Crosses Fingers* Come on, come on...
-
Tough choice... Tough choice indeed... Perhaps Dickie, but I would much rather think that Piav is the final rat. If Piav turns out to be innocent, than I'll not only feel torn up about him, but I'll feel torn up about trying to determine who's actually a rat, among people who I trust, albeit in varying amounts of trust. *Slaps band-aid on the back of head* There we go. That should keep me safe from now on.
-
I'm leaning towards Piav as well. Should we start voting?
-
*Wakes up and has lucid moment* Speaking of my night action, who should I target? I've targeted everybody here at one point or another. Ian on Night One, Quarrioni on Night Four, Alicia on Night Six, Piav on Night Seven, and Dickie last night. Okay, seriously, is anybody a doctor? Or happens to have a needle and thread, because my head is bleeding like a faucet, or... something else that bleeds. Right now, my innocent list consists of Ian, probably Quarrioni, and Alicia is starting to make it on there. Ian has been a veritable fountain of knowledge, whatever that means, and seems far too useful in his contributions to be a rat. Now that I think of it, Dickie is supposedly the hitman, and I trust him more than Piav anyways. So that leaves Piav. Sorry, Piav, but it just seems... right. I don't know. My head is kind of bleeding, and there are spots drifting all around this room, so maybe I'm just going crazy, but- *Passes Out* *Continues Mumbling* ...Cookies...

*Wakes up* I think she's talking about.... Tony. God, I miss him. I mean me. Yeah. Me. *Passes out*

Seems anybody with that hair and jacket unanimously meets a bad fate. -
Concussion? I don't have a concussion... I'm perfectly... is my head bleeding? *Passes out* *Wakes up several minutes later* Anyway, I too think that my head is more than a little bit damaged. Can't go the hospital, they'd probably think I was more insane than anything else considering this get-up. Plus all the danger, and lockdown and whatnot. So for now I guess I can say that maybe I was mistaken in the way I perceived some of the on-goings. Geez, I really am bleeding from the head! All this blood is making my hair more red than usual, and I don't like it. All this hair mine is natural, now it's just making me look like I'm Dennis Rodman or K-Fed or some other silly "musician" kids are listening to these days. We still haven't heard from Quarrioni, supposedly he drove the truck. Or Tony. What was Tony doing, again? Is Tony dead? Damn. I miss Tony. *Passes out again*

I'm not really sure what was going on. I got hit on the head with something, maybe it was garbage from the dumpster or maybe Ian accidentally hurled a cardboard box at my head, I don't know. I fell to the ground in the alley, and soon Alicia came running to my side, gun blazing, and as she was shooting at the cops, she blew up the truck, and we ran into the basement of the Green Door Tavern and grabbed our costumes. I did not see a wire, maybe I was too disoriented from the garbage to the head. I also saw Piav and Ian run into one another at some point?
-
These are interesting costumes, to be sure. I'm glad that I'm the Caped Crusader rather than the Boy Wonder, that's for sure. It would be more than a little emasculating to be caught dead in those tights. So should we all say what happened or what?
-
Something tells me that there's a very little likelihood that this job will give us conclusive evidence. That would be just a little bit too easy, don't you think? But still, I'm excited as ever. Yesiree.
-
What I'd guess is that they either didn't know he was the hitman or they thought that if they converted him they could control his vote. All I'm saying, though, is that this is rough. It just seems that whatever's been going on, there hasn't been much conversion. I'll need to think about this.

The Baritones 2 Introduction & Discussion Thread
Jlblue replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Well, if I had said Iris that would mean she would be trying to coerce her own men into becoming rats. -
That was... weird. Who did you target last night, Quarrioni? And I don't know what to make of the whole blackmailing thing. Quarrioni kills people, I check up on people, Ian has no night action, Alice stays with Dickie all night long, Dickie stays with Alice all night long (checked up on him last night), Piav has no night action. This whole blackmailing thing is very confusing, considering the whole deal with Agent Black. Dragonateri was telling the truth about him existing, presumably. Is it possible it was just a one-shot role or plot element that was fabricated to enhance the story somehow? A plot element of um... life, fabricated by, uh... God? I don't really know what to do. But Piav's probably not the blackmailer, come to think of it, considering that he was in the original mission and nothing went wrong.
-
Sorry, misspoke there. I was never good with countin' or numbers or any such trivialities. Is that a word? Never mind. Doesn't matter. I say go with Piav.
-
There is no way, really, that's a problem. If we're looking for a blackmailer, (Which I think we are) then he's the only one on my suspect list. I just really don't have a clue as to what's his deal. And if he had the ability to convert every night, the rats would've overrun us by now. We've only killed four rats out of five, and if they can keep pumping out new ones once a night they'd have twice that much. So it's possible I ran into him on an inactive night. Does anybody have any stuff on Piav? Evidence of his alignment, either way?
-
So Agent Black is missing... what does that mean? Do you think that he's undercover here? Or do you think he's dead? Based on what Dragonateri said, Agent Black is somehow related to the blackmailer, and something tells me we're not quite done with him yet. ^Agent Black?^ If I'd have to guess why we aren't back up to three rats today, it would be because it might take two nights to blackmail someone, or blackmails every other night, or maybe the blackmailer targeted me, was frustrated that I was out last night and instead left a rather smelly threat on my front walk. As to who it might be? That's tricky. Regardless of whether or not the blackmailer is still out and about, I simply don't know much about Piav. My results last night tell me that he was home all night, and nothing out of the ordinary was going on in the street. But traditionally the godfather in these games is immune to most night actions, and maybe the blackmailer takes on a similar role.

How did you like the Clone Wars TV series?
Jlblue replied to kill will's topic in Culture & Multimedia
What was with that weird German doctor? He was so incredibly stereotyped it sort of hurt. No clue why they keep him alive for potential future episodes but they don't for Argyus. Come on, he rocked. Jar Jar was Jar Jar... Didn't laugh a single bit at him, but I couldn't help but laugh at the kid screaming "flying Xandu!" and the hologram they later showed of a Rodian spontaneously combusting. Overall, I think that that was a weaker arc. -
Let's do it. I voted.
-
I sense mis-conversions. There's no way that set is $40. In the US Shanghai Chase was $30, there's no way it's any bigger than that, probably smaller. If that is the actual price, then Lego really tried (and failed) to beef that up with filler stuff like the bridge, which looks pretty small to me, in order to get it up to that price.

Fun With Agents 8632 Swamp Raid
Jlblue replied to dieselboy m's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I make serious comics, why shouldn't anybody else? Yeah, it's a goofy line of sets, but hey, I don't know about the rest of you, but in America, we find watching people blow each other's brains out fascinating. Good job. I can't wait for more. -
I say we find out where Pavarti's loyalties lie once and for all, and I think it's too dangerous to vote someone else today, and have Quarrioni kill someone else tomorrow. If we vote off a loyalist and Quarrioni kills a loyalist today, then we're looking at four loyalists against two rats. Then if we vote off Pavarti and she turns out to be loyal, we'd be in deep trouble. All I'm saying is as of right now, we have a reason to suspect Pavarti, and it's morally wrong to ask Quarrioni to kill his wife, and it's silly to put it off until later. I say we do it today, unless anyone has a decent idea as to who to vote for?

OLD Mafia and Mystery Games Index
Jlblue replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I didn't know you read my Star Wars comic. And yeah, there's partial inspiration from that character, but really it's just because I'm doing the first flesh mafia game (dodges tomatoes) and I wanted to take advantage of the potential for diversity. -
So... um... anyone want chocolate? It's untraditional to be arguing over who took a dump on whose lawn, but I suppose we should. It's the biggest thing we have right now, I mean, this is almost as big a load of crap as Pavarti's innocence story. Oh yeah. I went there. It's about time we voted her off. The operations would make absolutely no sense if they failed randomly. As for what I did last night, since people will inevitebly ask me, I checked up on Piav because I realized I didn't no too much about him. He was home last night. Doesn't prove anything, though, if the rats don't have a converter anymore, then I'm not sure the rats have any power roles. So... all aboard the Pavarti bandwagon (haven't voted yet)?

Do I get to decide when I get to host it or does that get determined by when the other games finish?
