[looking for] Legends of Chima Wolf figures
Alfadas replied to Alfadas's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Oooh thanks! They are quite cheap indeed! -
out of stock... hmm its back in stock now

Guess he likes The Netherlands a bit more then, he comes here on the 5th of December already

Because everyone, including orcs, deserve gifts and the Christmas spirit: Orc Santa

As the title says, I'm looking for Legends of Chima wolf figures. Don't really care about their weapons. The armor they get would be nice. Looking for about 20 figures total, to beef up my orc army with some wolf man. So their oversized fantasy weapons don't really fit that bill. Seller preferably in The Netherlands or at least mainland west europe (to save on ridiculous shipping costs). To give you an idea of the figures. Basically like this. No weapons, but I'd like the capes and armor. Also, but this is common sense, figures need to look like new. Not with pen and bite marks, print rubbed off, you know. If you happen to have some and want to get rid of them, hit me up.

Heroica: Glory Amongst The Stars RPG - Game Development
Alfadas replied to Waterbrick Down's topic in Heroica! The RPG!
I would love to see more Fantasy. But taking forms from let's say Steampunk, I'm all for that. Truly scifi, hmm. Sure you attract more people but you also deter people (like me). -
That would be an amazing idea!

You. You are the reason I decided to go for Battlemage with Torald. I fully intended him to be a Berserker, you know, throwing yourself at the enemy with even less care for self preservation.I even bought a shield for him already. But Torald became friends with Ezeran. He looked up (even though he was over a head taller) to you. Some may call it more than friendship. So it just felt better to go with Battlemage.

Thanks for clearing it up :) -
I knew the lack of much intelligence and a certain recklessness would come in handy some day

MDF, is that the colour in the base that isn´t brown or tan? And what does it stand for? Either way, looks good so far! -
At least Torald is not alone in the void place demon world thing.

That'll make for a stunning looking wall, complete with the angled base... Your builds just keep getting better and better, somehow. -
It looks amazing. No other words needed. The dark earth, the autumn-y grass, the natural shapes. Why oh why are you so talented with plastic bricks???

well, since my character is kinda deadish (for all intents and purposes he is dead, in another realm), I can't really role play anymore.

Ooh a Santa. Nice. I can do that. Maybe. And take your time with the prices. I know some people are complaining a bit but it takes a lot of time and effort. Cant wait to one day open the mail and boom a lovely package full of Manatees

It's probably (certainly) very stupid of me to jump through the portal with the book but eh. Torald wasn't smart so it made sense.

Heroica RPG - Quest #159: An Unexpected Return
Alfadas replied to Waterbrick Down's topic in The Heroica Archive
Now to fulfill my promise, book. Ezeran, Petaldan. You two are amazing friends to have. Take good care of each other. All of you other Heroes, make Heroica great again! With those words he says to the book. It's time. Let us go. Torald jumps into the rift with the book, making sure to keep his promise. -

Torald takes a deep breath and steps forward. Guys, maybe I should have told you sooner but I happen to have a Pandemonicon on me. I picked it up a while ago and now it seems to like me. It also talks to me but that's normal I'm sure. Uhh let's see. Okay. Torald grabs the book and opens it up towards the demon. Return to the foul place of whence you came, Demon! Begone from this realm and don't even think about coming back! Hopefully that's enough? Torald uses the Pandemonicon on the Demon, front row. -
As said, it was a bit rushed as I completely forgot about it for some reason... Thanks for the tips. I think some slopes would indeed make for a more realistic look. Maybe next ruins I build :)

Okay, got it. Torald fiddles a bit more till he feels the less familiar flask in which the Grand Tonic comes. Cheers! -
I may be slightly jealous at that orc army you've got there. Just wow. Armoured, non-armoured, all sorts of different helmets and weapons. Very nice.

Book III - Challenge I: A Time to Rebuild
Alfadas replied to Rogue Angel's topic in Guilds of Historica
Avalonia is generally easier to build in. Just use loads of green and voila. The architecture is also more generic fantasy than for example Kaliphlin with deserts and middle eastern style buildings. I think that's a big reason for people to choose Avalonia. Not saying it's a bad thing, don't get me wrong. -

Torald takes a breather. Good work everyone, just a few more ****faces and then onto the main course. He says with a big grin on his face. He fiddles around in his pockets for a bit, then finds what he is looking for. Aah here you are. Torald drinks a Grand Tonic, back row. -
Thanks! It's supposed to be hammer and chisel, but as I don't think there is an actual chisel I just used that thing.
