I went to target today and they had no LR sets and I asked a guy if he could have a look out the back for me and he couldn't find anything (but who knows if he really looked lol) There were heaps on series 10 minifigs on the clearance shelf, all the packs had been opened so were marked down to $3! I also can't wait for the next city sets coming out! Do you think they will be out before the big toy sales?

Can I ask what price they were? I would love to get another petshop to make it a double modular! Im in Brisbane so might have a look around at my local ones!!! thanks Had a little look today for Mr Gold but still no luck!!

I just bought one of the medievil markets today at capalaba lego shop, was around the same price, so happy as I've been wanting one for ages! Also at target capalaba there were around 30 bags ripped open of the series ten! Crazy!

I was talking to a mum at school today and she reckons her son got a gold one last night, but she had no idea it was a rare one or that she could go to the lego website to see where they have been found! She joked that she doesnt even know where it would be and that it will be in her sons room somewhere :0 Then I found myself telling her how I've been looking for them and that other AFOL are searching in shops all over Australia and then I realised she was looking at me like a was a complete nutcase! Congrats Brickus on finding one! Glad one of us got one! I now have the fever big time!

I went through all of the ones at bigw capalaba and there was definitely no Mr Gold! I picked the clown and bee (what I wanted) my 2 sons did a random pick and got 2 painters lol! Kmart wynnum and cannon hill have the boxes at the counter to stop people going through them, well thats what the lady told me, but it didn't stop me lol!

Lol, my point was that I'm in brisbane and still haven't seen any, so I don't think where you lives matters its just when the store wants to put them out! The friends series 2 isn't out in most stores because there are still boxes and boxes of series 1!

I saw a batman one on special at kmart wynnum today! It was down to $39! I haven't seen any series 10 yet! I'm thinking gold fever its going to hit pretty hard!

A user on Instagram said on the lego post that they had found 3 so I wonder how rare they are really going to be! Are they saying only a certain amount made to get the sales and interest in the series again? I bought a couple of series 7 today at coles! The hobbit sets were on clearance at kmart capalaba although there were no tags saying so, they all scanned cheaper!

I asked my local target about the monster fights because there was heaps and then they were all gone, 2 days later! He told me that there is a Clarence store opening at habourtown on the goldcoast and now they are only keeping Clarence items on sale for a certain time and then it goes to the habour town store! I haven't heard anything before about a clearance store but it would be good if there was one and it had lego!

Hi there We recently added onto our house and have our lego town set up there, but now we are thinking of moving the baby to that room so was thinking of setting it up in the shed out the back! It's a tin shed and has no windows, but I live in Brisbane (Australia) and the temps get to 30 degrees plus! So will it make the lego brittle or discolour? I really don't want to put it out the and it become damaged! Has anyone else used a shed to set up their lego? Thanks so much for any advice! Kylie

I got 2 diagon ally from target when it was $179 and target had buy 1 toy get 50% off the second! It was a month or so ago though! The monster house was $100 at bigw today! They also had a hospital 4429 that the box was opened and abit crushed, I asked if I could make sure all the bags and plates were there and they were! Scanned at $39 so not a bad price! I'm actually going to make it into a modular type building!

I tried to buy from amazon but it said the modulars were not available for Australian customers! They were so so cheap a few months back!

DJ's recently had 20% off but I'm unsure if its still going! I have bought all on my modulars on gumtree or ebay brand new! A seller in Sydney called Dita is selling the petshop for $180! I have bought heaps of Legomfrom him and can recommend buying from him! There is a lego expo coming up in June in Brisbane and I'm thinking of doing a display! It is going to be run by Brick events!

There are 2 shuttle expeditions at kmart capalaba! I just did abit of ringing around to see if any Myers have what I am after, but it kind of turns out that it is cheaper to just buy them at target or mr toys! Unless you are going to buy 3 big sets that are over $100! Myer prices are about $10 to $30 more expensive on the sets I am after! I bought a tower bridge off gumtree for $200 including post and town hall for $190 including post so I have abit of building to do this week! I am making my town hall I already have 2 levels higher and will try to think what else I can do with the rest!

My local Mr Toys had the galaxy squad sets today! I might have to have a look at myer, I know carindale doesn't have any older sets I'm after, but if I drive down the loganhome Myers they have some older kingdom sets! I bought some lego off gumtree today, arrived at one of the houses to find a garage full of lego, it was like lego heaven! She offered to sell a huge bulk lot so I couldn't resist! Got trains, lots of city sets, garage 7642, lots of roads and mats, plus so much more and all in perfect condition! She has more to sell, lots of starwars, I didn't get it because I'm not into the Star Wars sets! So check gumtree in brisbane region in the next couple of weeks! She even gave me the containers they were in and a plastic draws set on wheels!

Hi there, My name is Kylie, I've loved lego since I was a kid, but then I left home it was left behind! Then after having my 4 kids my parents told me they keep it all! So last year we pulled it all out and it has got me (and the kids) hooked! I've always said my mother was a hoarder but after opening the boxes I am so glad she did hoard it all, there was 2 of the airport shuttles and 2 of the space monorails! (2 because me and my brother had them each) plus trains, paradisa, lots of city sets and space sets! My brother didn't want any of it for his kids because his kids have to have everything brand new! So after doing some extensions to the house we now have a lego room that has us in it for many hours! I really love lots of different lego, but I would say I love building scenes and love the little details! :)

I'm on holidays at the moment at tallabudgera and I've raided as many shops as I,can looking for older lego stock! I hit gold at BigW burleigh! I found 7327, I scanned it and it was reduced to $38! I don't know how much it would of been full price, but was happy to see $38 on the screen! I went back and looked through the lego racks for more but there was none! Anyone else know where on the goldcoast you can find lego? Thanks

Mine should be arriving tomorrow, can't wait! Yes wouldn't it be nice if they bought out another monorail! I'm sure we would all buy one for own town and ones to keep for years to come! I still have the space monorail and the airport shuttle from when I was a kid, so grateful my Mum is a hoarder and kept all of our lego!
