Everybody have already talked about the great cannonball, so I'll find another thing in this great MOC I especially like the stretched base. It's a very original, and an unusual shape for a MOC. Moreover the effect is great with a few bricks. This is a cheap way to make a base but it's really nice.

I was on flickr, and saw a lot of pirates creation made for a contest on classic-pirate (I don't remind what it is). And the I clicked on the eurobrick frontpage link, and there it is ! Great community by the way

Please excuse my ignorance, but how did you do that ? And (if I well understand), this website - Shapeways - allow you to order your creations ? Am I right ? By the way, your creations are amazing !

My entry for the Captain's Cabin Contest

That's why I like the creative critic contest ! The action is still the same, but you improved so much things in your MOC. Your entry is far better right now ! Congratulations for all your improvements. -
Self Parking Car
74louloute replied to 74louloute's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Thanks ! The conception of the car was rather quick, but the programmation phasis was very long. the biggest difficultie was with the motor control. Indeed, I didn't have a rotation sensor, so all the motor are controlled by time. This was the longest thing to do Thanks furious ! -
Hey there ! This is a car I made a year ago, and I never posted here. Recently I saw a dedicated LegoTechnic and Mindstorms Forum opened, so I decided to share my creation : This is a self parking car. The light sensor detects an empty space big enough, then the car make manoeuvre. The direction system : Other side view : Watch the video in action here Hope you'll like it !

Sweet moped ! And i like the driver's face ! He seems to think : "Oh yeah, I can ride so fast here, nothing could stop me !" Beautiful little tribute to Classic-Space !

Indeed, the pirate set remind me the official cannon battle set, but the boat with the waterwheel seems to be sweet ! The castle set have some interesting pieces. As Peppermint_M asked, where are they available ?

Vig. 66a Hola ! This is my entry for the CCC. Captain's Daughter's Cabin This is the cabin of the Captain's daughter. And everybody knows that !!! She is rather nice, and she is the only woman aboard. So, she draws a little attention of the crew... And just because you are lucky, here is a little video in action ! Yes, there is some action in this MOC ! If you have advices or tips, you're welcome ! Hope you'll like it !

Free Power Miners raffle, - the entries
74louloute replied to CopMike's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Ok here is my entry for the raffle : I'm have not my lego with me ( ), I have only the 7634 Tractor, so the guitar is made of the tractor. Digging my closet, I found a technical fig immediatly converted into a rocker. I like the raffle concept ! -
Free Power Miners raffle, - the entries
74louloute replied to CopMike's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Indeed, nice idea ! I like the concept of a raffle, everybody have a chance !! I suppose the entries must be new one, not already posted ? -
This technic is excellent, I already used it Nevertheless, you couldn't choose the exact diameter of the tower. With this technic, you will have problems to make a little tower. The curve will be limited even if you use 1x2 bricks + 1x1 round bricks. Anyway, round constructions are always amazing!

the blond hair seems to be marvelous !!! thanks for sharing this !

I bought this set for 2,14€ yesterday and I have to admit that for that price i'm veerryy satisfied ! I bought it especially for the dog (my first one) and for the road sign. During the construction (short!) of the set, I was wondering something... Does the speed limit has a signification in every country or some variant exists? In my country (France), the speed limit in town is 50 km/h so I understand the road sign in this set. But in other country, and especially the country were the speed limit is not in km/h, does this set had another road sign?

28. 74louloute - When I grow up, I wanna be a pirate... 22. LegoJoe 1. Beuk - Pirated Television Maybe I didn't vote for the most cruel entry, but I prefer when the cruelty is suggested. that's for my two first vote. The third is simply hilarious, I think it's because of the anachronism. Anyway I want to congratulate Eurobricks and Classic-Pirates for hosting such a great contest !

I sympathize with you!!! Given the number of jesters head I saw on the web, I fear that we are only two to keep it for the Advent period!!!!
-
Thanks everybody ! I tried to listen your advises as far as I could. Concerning the scary mum, I think that's a good idea but unfortunately I don't (yet) have this face. Actually I got the Castle Advent Calendar, so technically I've got this face, but I promised to my girlfriend I don't begin to open the calendar before the 1st of December... I hope you like it anyway !!
