Hoke's curiosity gets the best of him and he ventures into the kitchens for whatever was useful and makes his way to the trophy room, just for a look.

    It seems a bit cliche, but Hoke discreetly checks the torches to see if they may trigger a hidden passageway.

    Hoke tries to soak in any and every detail of the landscape and the people they pass on the way to the manor.

    Just so he won't die too much when an enemy sneezes. In 3 fights he should be to level 10 at which point I would like Hoke to use it since I am no longer concerned about getting to level 40 before becoming a Dragoon.

    "Me'thinks this has nothing to do with the wine my friends. In fact, I do no think it has anything to do with what we know so far. Why exactly would a thief announce when he and his bandits intend to rob you?"

    Hoke rubbed his chin as he listened to Lady Akrone. "Do you suspect there to be any inside help from your manor to Lupine? If not, how would he know about what is inside aside from the wine collection?"

    "T'is a pleasure to meet your acquaintance Ms. Akrone. I am sure my colleagues and I will be more than able to adequately assist you. May I ask a few questions? T'would aid us in better understand this situation, which, in turn, will help you." Hoke looks around a bit, just to take in the scene; a quick double glance to notice any missed or insignificant details. "You said 'your late husband'? Please do not take this the wrong way, but did your husband have any type of relationship or dealings with Lupine or any no associates? Would there be anything of great value to the lycan or any group sympathetic to lycans located in or around the manor?"

    With Arthur doling out the goodies, I suggest a "Borrow from Arthur" sub-category for the PC inventories.

    As the group steps out of the coach, Hoke slings of his pack, digs around a bit and pulls something out. "Put this on. It will help you, and ultimately all of us." Hoke lends his Medal of Glory to Lind Whisperer.

    Hoke hears the Shadeaux soldier call out his name as Boomingham speaks. "It seems so. At least I could greet a friend before I go. One day, my friend, we will be on the road together again. And what tales we will have from that adventure!" Hoke pats Boomingham on the back and makes his way out of the Hall.

    "You've looked better," Hoke quipped as he set his tankard on the bar and pushed it towards the keep for a refill.

    I guess Hoke needs to pick out a costume for the masquerade ball. *EDIT* - Why can't they have the right music for that scene?

    Hoke rests up as much as he can, hoping to be selected. After the draining experience of his previous quests, he knew that this was probably the last time he would get any good rest in a long while.
