Two familiar barnyard companions meet the adventurers on the road "Oink! Oinkity-oink! [You won! You won!]" "Baah baah... Baaahhh. [Mr. Ablesword, here is your prize, a Letter of Recommendation!]" Hoke gives a few rough scratches to the goat's chin as he accepts his prize. He reads over the letter, thinking about what House he should petition. He had experience with both the Hinckwells and the JP, and both Houses offered paths the strong classes. Should he be a Minstrel, urging his quest mates onward with music and song, or a mighty Chi Monk, crushing his foes with unarmed combat? He was about to write down a house name when a vision of pyrotechnic disaster blasted into his mind's eye. He felt the rush of flying high in the open skies on the back of a mighty beast that seemed to be connected with his very being. He felt something like that before. Vipera! Hoke quickly wrote House Shadeaux on the letter and tucked it back in the goat's collar. "See that delivered for me please. When you return, I will have a nice juice apple ready for you. Many thanks my four legged friend."

Hoke pulled out the well worn map and looked it over. He pointed out a few places. "Ghastly Marsh or Gust Ridge are the last two places left on their challenge level. Let's clear those first."

After a good rest, Hoke heads over to Skrall. "So, where to next? I think you know where I would prefer to go, but the decision is up to you."

Speaking of winter, any chance of doing Grogmas gifts again this year? Trying to design some extra special presents for Hoke's pals.

Upon reaching the Sanctuary, Hoke slips into his bedroll for some rest.

"What's the plan Skrall? Shall we continue our assault on Messie? Mayhaps you could tap into your Hunter's powers and fell the beast with a single shot?"

"We are so glad you two could sort that out. When is the wedding?"

I am guessing the same thing since it technically does not have SP assigned to it, but, you never know!

Is the SP on the flagpole upgradeable since it is a weapon and not an artefact? Flagpole (WP:3, +3 SP to the whole party whenever equipped, lance)

We will just let the party member who winds up with it decide then, unless they want to keep it.

Seriously? I've been wanting that thing since it first appeared in Quest #50....
