Very well done, a good start indeed. I am not an expert builder, so you better listen to people like SLyowl, Captain Green Hair, Blackmoor,....(although you are well under your way to become one yourself!) A big from me.

Also the hospital soldiers of Napoleon were redcoats with red plumed shako's, although they had white epaulettes if I remember right. I plan to have a hospital unit in my Napoleonic Army.
