We are forced to ban 'fake' people like spambots all of the time too. So it's not just people that are banned.

Buying Pirate LEGO - where to buy, advice, tips and questions
Zorro replied to Mr. Smee's topic in LEGO Pirates
I recently bought one for 61 Euro's, but that was a complete set with a very good shaped box, instructions and the bricks themselves were marvelous, the sails only put on once and kept into a separate bag...extra's included like the small island baseplate, weapons, many extra bricks etc. Only thing missing was a pair of legs for one of the minifigs, if I remember correctly. 80 UK Pounds is a bit much IMO...unless you are in a hurry to own this set!- 502 replies

Good looking ship indeed. I love how you've done the masts and rigging.

As Whitefang says, Classic-Pirates.com bloggers indeed . And yes, I gave them these. I think even three people have that same title! I didn't have much imagination or fantasy at the moment... And Erdy...I have thought for a long time...and I can mention to you I have come up with a fantastic and oh-so-cruel plan for your imminent execution!

Tankard ON. I would love to see a tankard. As said by Admiral Ron and Phes that would really fit in well in the Pirates theme, of course it can also be used into a broader arrange of themes, I am thinking of Vikings and some other medieval cultures, perhaps even for some more 'barbaric' civilisations like some of the Celtics tribes. This one sure gets my support .

Thirded! We're all big fans...you should know what dear Cutlass said she wouldn't do just to meet you...

Amazing build, like we are used to from you. And yes, you are spoiling us lately! Well done with the immediate frontpage, Captain Blackmoor. Thanks for sharing, Slyowl.

Amazing build, and it looks really like an official TLG released set. Or a Brickmaster special. Thanks for sharing, I'll be watching this thread .

Oh no, the conflict is flittering up again! Soon it will be open war between redcoats and bluecoats all over! Remember: keep it nice and friendly guys.

Yes, colorwise I see no difference between both releases (I own two 6285's and one re-release). There were some small parts-differences I believe. Referring to the extra parts then.

This looks great! The amount of detail is enormous and both new and classic pirate minifigs have been incorporated .

Welcome to Eurobricks, I am very happy to see this updated version of Grimmhavn. Both the mill, the huge wallbuilding and the streets, as well as the water and nature surrounding it, are dripped in details. I can sure understand you won a prize with this. You can sure be very proud of yoursel(f/ves). PS: Good eye for being so fast to frontpage this, Slyowl!

One of the reasons we took him under our wings ! Plus it shows he has time and dedication enough. I'm confident all three will do an outstanding job!

Yep, it's pretty up to date, although some ranks, like the Walruss Admin, currently do not exist anymore. The Shipyard Master's group needs an update too yes, and I guess we could place the governor rank under the Pirates ranks as well. I will merge this thread with the existing rank and tag discussion topic.

Welcome to Eurobricks, Jean-Yves, I'm always glad to meet another Belgian! (Especcialy when one of his favourite themes is Pirates). I live near Lier (province of Antwerp), in a village called Berlaar.
-
Wow, looks amazing! Those 'new' colors and such...much different from my old Imperial Trading Post set which has remained build for more then 10 years. Thanks for the review.
-
Enjoy your newly aquired positions! See you in the Shipyard .
-
Welcome to Eurobricks, Woanig, I hope you will enjoy your time around here .
-
Just here to say: Thanks for this great entry! One of my favourites so far.

Great looking ship, I like the blue you've used, it looks a bit like a 'royal' transport or escort ship. That's why I would call her: 'The Royal Blue'.
