"We'll do our best," Em mutters, more to himself than the progg.

"Unfortunate," Em mutters. "We'll have time to prepare for his attack tomorrow, however. We ought to take advantage of that."

"That's what we were hired to do, yes," Em replies, nodding. "If he's as bad as you say, I'm looking forward to getting my hands on him."

Em raises an eyebrow at the proggs. "Sounds like he needs to be put in his place. Anyone around going to miss him while he's gone?"

Em glances between his party members, then hangs back. He would watch, but he wasn't keen on participating. He planned on sitting this one out.

Em frowns slightly, a little disappointed that he couldn't be of assistance to the lost progg. "I'm ready to move on when the rest of you are."

"Where was the larvae last seen?" Em questions, looking fondly at the little proggs.

Em's jaw drops in awe as he inspects the spacious cavern. He grins, studying the map. "Should we start at the bazaar?" he asks.

"I met them, yes; I traded with them during one of their excursions for supplies." Em replies, nodding. "Sweet little critters."

Em takes a deep breath, nodding. "Rather looking forward to it, actually," he replies. He had hoped to see the five young proggs from a previous quest, but he knew better than to expect it. They seemed rather busy on the surface. He chanced a question, though. "Do you know how Nervo, Trajin, Hadrius, Pius, and Marcus are doing? I met with them on the surface a while back."

Em raises an eyebrow at the druid, though he doesn't speak. He felt the situation would be far more complex than she wanted to admit... He inspected Fydelle and contemplated the situation further. Humans terrorizing proggs... They would have to be put in their place.

"The proggs I met were friendly little critters; they helped us, actually. Sold us various things, as well." Em shakes his head. "My grating stones aren't for sale, I've been savin' 'em for when I get a real nice bow."

Em nods to Elgar. "Good to see you as well," he replies. "I hold a great interest in Proggs; met a few young ones, while back. Told them I hoped to visit one day." Em nods to himself. "Luckily it seems I'll get that chance." Em, however, wasn't quite sure what to think. He was happy to be going to see the Proggs and their home, but the nightmare set him on edge. He wasn't sure whether or not to mention it to his comrades-- Perhaps it was just him. Perhaps he was going crazy. He pushes the thoughts from his mind as he waits for the others.

Em rises from his seat, marching towards the door. He had always wanted to see the Proggs' home; now was his chance. He relished it. He exits the Hall, grinning slightly to himself.

Heroica RPG - Cruel Angel's Thesis ~ Final Day
Emjajoas replied to Sandy's topic in The Heroica Archive
This was my first Mafia-esque game on EB, and I must say, I had a lot of fun! I really enjoyed the scheme-y, backstabbing nature of it, and I'm so glad I signed up. Really well-made, Sandy! Really good job! The figs, the characters, and the pictures were of the best quality. I'm impressed.- 109 replies
