Em crosses his arms, frowning. "Good. Thank you," he nods. Taking a few steps away from the party, Em keeps both eyes trained on the Lonely Island, leaning against the deck rails. He brushes aside a flake of snow that landed on his nose, snorting. "Almost there."

Em shrugs. "I doubt honest folk man those other ships. I can hardly complain about their loss. Where do we go from here? Can you reach the island in this state?" "Erdy, Boomingham, you two ought to drink up as well," Em remarks, holding out his other two potions.

Em picks up the eyepatch questioningly, raising an eyebrow. It seemed a useless trinket, but he pocketed it anyways with a shrug. "Punii," he says, taking out a Potion. "Drink up." He turns to the crew and the rest of his party. "What's next? We don't have time to take out the other twelve Ameoboss."

A long-haired woman marches into the Hall, looking around worriedly. She hurries to the Quest Board, glancing over the names of the Heroes signed up for Quest 109: Dreamscape. She smiles sadly. "I'm glad so many have signed up to save my son," she mutters. "We only need four, but..." She glances over the names again, scribbling onto the notice with fancy, curling letters. "Yes, this is for the best..."

Does anyone else really want to go on 109? I'm going to close Sign-ups and post the Chosen Heroes in just a minute; want to get everything ready so we can have a smooth start when I get back.

Sorry, level 1 party makes things a lot easier on me. As much as I'd love to take everyone along, well, it'd be tough balancing. I'll be making a mixed-level party, actually; I was talking to Khorne, and since he has a Quest coming up as well, I'll be leaving a few low-level heroes behind for him. Looks like Docken can come along after all.

I'll be going on a small weekend trip starting tomorrow night. I'll only be home Sunday night, so if the party of 109 could take action for me in battles, it'd be great. I should have spotty internet at best for a few RP-focused posts, but... Anyways, 109 will be going up as soon as I get back, and from the looks of things, I'll have an entirely level 1 party. Be excited and ready. I know I am.

Em clicks his teeth, biting his lower lip. "Bastard," he mutters. His voice is low. Threatening. The party'd never seen Em so... violent. "As soon as he's a stain on the deck, I'll tend to your wounds."

"Punii, are you alright?" Em asks, concerned. Angrily, Em fires another arrow from his Aquabow at the Ameoboss from the back row. "Beasts like you deserve nothing so peaceful as eternal slumber," he growls.

"Plenty of water here if you want to go for a swim," Em remarks to Masson, ducking under a swipe. He squints, jaw clenching. "Damn monster," he mutters, glaring at the Ameoboss' many eyes.

"Hell of a honeymoon," Em remarks, trying to maintain his balance throughout the monster's attacks.

My second character's probably going to be more offense-based because I'm going Defense with Em. I'll probably make them more outspoken, too, for more roleplaying opportunities that Em would miss out on. So I suppose it's more the former than the latter, but I definitely want a different experience gameplay-wise too. I've got a few ideas, but unless I develop a ravenous hunger for QMing after 109, I'm going to be a ways off.

Em fires an arrow at the Ameoboss with his Aquabow from the back row. Johon attacks the Ameoboss' left arm from the front row with Muckracker Johon attacks the Tusk from the back row with Muckracker Punii attacks Ameoboss Arm L from the back row. Erdathcath attacks the Left Claw from the back row. Erdathcath attacks the Right Claw from the back row. If Jeaux is raised, he tries to electrify the Right Claw from the back row. If Boomingham is raised, he attacks the Ameoboss' Right Arm with Scupperer from the back row. Karie tries to put the Ameoboss back to sleep with Baaffy from the back row.

There's not really a story other than lore; a few videos or other things get released every now and again, but they're not much (Other than really cool). RIP Journal of Justice.

I've never played Final Fantasy either. Actually, my first console was the original Xbox. I never played what most consider the "Classics" until I was probably 16? My first Zelda experience was Twilight Princess, my first pokemon game was Pearl, and what I consider to be the best game from my childhood would have to be KotOR. Better late than never, though, right?
