The issue is the load they'd be forced to take. Usually they're just propelling a cone piece, but for this they'd have to propel a ball joint, chain, then a second ball joint that it needs to propel from a dead stop. Just tested it. It sort of works, but it definitely doesn't go as far as a normal flick missile. It does have a nice spin to it, though. But I still don't know where it would fire from. :/

Oh. Yeah, that wouldn't work at all. The flick-fire pieces aren't powerful enough.

Black could work too. I think Krana are too small. Maybe that purple Pakari that I don't have. :\

Hey, does anyone that has the Mata Nui set know if you can modify the shield to be more movie-accurate? If so, what parts would you need (I was thinking a Rahkshi head)?

You can't really see it, but there's a dark blue hand piece opposite it. I couldn't find my other one, so I decided to make him/her one-side-armored. Almost the same. The arm connection is different, the legs are more solidly connected, and the tail has been changed to include the "spear shooter". I'll see what I can do.

Spikit could be better, and the chariot is pretty lackluster. I'd choose the Cendox any day.

The first time I ever saw a Bohrok was in a canister on the shelf of a store. I had no clue what their mask, function, or story was. I didn't even realize that the trans-color pieces were eyes until I saw the comics (hey, the Krana looked like faces and you could see them through the faceplate).

Not leaked yet. I remember that there was a time when I had to wait until I got a catalogue or saw a commercial or saw the sets in stores before I knew what they were. Patience.

Oh right, I forgot that I was designing "prototypes" of sets, not MOCing for elitist snobs the BBC forum. Also, not quite printed markings, but more of stuff like on Mr. Old Guy here.

Along with that, I already got two Glatorian, two Agori, a Clone Scout Walker pack, two Cannon Battles, a Hailfire/Spider Droid set, Granite Grinder, Thunder Driller, Stone Chopper, and a partridge in a pear tree. Maybe buying them at separate times would present a better opportunity. Get the Glatorian one time and be like "o hay that yello thing looks cool" another.

I made a possible Glatorian-sized refugee MOC. It's custom, blue, and at the moment could work for either a male or female character (which we kind of need >.>). Would've been nice to have the hands and armor and a bunch more stuff from Kiina, though. Also, in my (possible) refugee MOCs, I'm adding small yellow highlights to make it seem like they have a group mark/color or something.
