It is a Target exclusive. If they do not have it on special (or S@H) then it is unlikely you will find it discounted here.

I have seen others warned for the same thing, that was the point. Whether or not the EB rules have changed I don't know. Moral high ground? Well I think being honest and saying he is gaining from them would be the right way to go about things, as opposed to the links which tend to hide them. But that is just me. Sorry, let me clarify. We do get the bonus giveaways, but we generally don't get the secondary ones (such as the Friends Ice Cream Cart) unless we meet those specific criteria, such as spending x amount on Friends sets. The May the 4th promo is generally different, you score the minifig/posters/polybags with just about every order (Americans actually were getting a bonus Chima speedorz set as well as a giveaway which wasn't listed) This September one, on top of the VW has the blue SW Clone if you spend whatever the amount is on SW Lego. It is unlikely we will get that Clone thrown in just for the sake of it (though of course there have been exceptions, see Splinter keychain). That being said, if they choose to give me a blue clone for free I will not complain :D Also, my Technic Crawler shipped. Very happy :D

May 4 is always different. No extra goodies for us Aussies with recent promotions. The mini VW looks awesome but I'm not paying full price on any Star Wars sets just to get the blue clone

Unfortunately yes Lego would do it (see Iron Patriot minifig being only available with the game for starters). The difference with those and other exclusives though, it is only the print and colours that are different, not the elements. Azog required a completely new head mould and it would have cost a fortune for something to just be handing out for free. Only my opinion though and i could be wrong.

You don't think they will feature him in any future sets? I struggle to believe they went to the trouble and expense of creating that head mould for a CC only release. It does look fantastic though!

Elrond is a LOTR set. Anyway who got it 50% off scored big time as they shouldn't be. Unfortunately the Elrond sets at mine were only 20% off.
