I took lended a pair of those from my sister, and I was surprised that they actually fit on a minifig. I suggest that you buy a few on BL, as they aren´t that expensive. No prob!

I got this set today, and I´ve noticed that some of the 2009 sets is priced higher than previous ones of the same sort. For example the small Tiny Turbos sets used to cost 50 SEK, now they cost 70 SEK. The same with the small Creator sets. Bigger sets are priced up to 30% higher than sets in the same price range previous years. Bad move, TLC!

I think you should add the Chrome Vader to the poll. If you do that, I´ll definately vote on that one (new chrome colour+new design Darth= )

Hi! I recently got my hands on one Chrome Darth Vader, and I want to trade it for a Chrome Gold C-3PO. I´ll add pics tomorrow, but you can also see pics on the frontpage and in the SW forum. That fountain and tree looks really cool! Do you have a close-up pic of the fountain(esp. the upper part) and one on how the tree is built? What are the birds supposed to be? They are very cute! (I suppose you got the idea from The Penguin´s penguins. Um... that sounded wierd. )

I remember a topic where one of our members had called TLC to ask if they were going to make trans-clear minifigs (he referred to the SW ghosts), and got an answer saying that they won´t do that because of the slightly worse quality in trans colours, so the joints would brake very easily. He also said that they have tried, and that he had a trans minifig sitting on his desk. So unfortunately we aren´t going to get trans minifigs.

I meant that I liked the colour scheme. Do you have any pics for how the car is built? (I suppose that you used the red Creator dinos dark red parts for the car?)

Lovely plane, Ralph! It´s stunning to see so many of the for me useless sand blue parts at the same time, but still so nicely fitting. Only you can do that. I really love your MOCs! (You know, it was your flickr photos that made me 5-wide cars too. Still have this dark red car assembled? I just noticed it, and I think it´s the best private car you´ve ever built!) Keep up the good work!

Hi! In my other topic I got some price answers, and now I have decided that it will cost $27. The cheapest one (in pretty bad condition) on Bricklink is priced $30 and the cheapest one in decent condition was prices $40, so I think this is a pretty good deal. (Linky) As mentioned before, the yellow epaulette is missing and the baseplate is a little damaged on one of the studs, pics in my other topic. Otherwise the set is complete, in good condition and comes with an almost perfect original manual.

Great hut! I´ve bin planning to do something similiar to every Power Miners monster, and this looks just lovely! Do you mind making instructions or WIP pics that makes it easy to build it? (Don´t worry, I´ll be doing changes to it.)
