...then you're lucky. xD I went to mine today and they had about 10 Mistika, Jetrax/Yetrax, Axalara, and Takanuva. Of course, they had Power Miners, Pirates, and all that... but no new Bionicle. Haven't been to the other one.

I dunno, seems to me that ALL targets are just horrible with Bionicle... I've learned not to rely on the two that are near me. They ususally don't get new sets until they're released everywhere else a month afterwards... and besides, I've got a Walmart AND ToyRus that are closer, and the former always get's em' early, so I just go there.

I know that... I was making a point about how Greg has always said that 'Bionicles don't have blood', even though they COULD bleed, IMO. I was just hoping we'd be finally able to say that they can bleed in-story. Even though he always said that, though, Spiriah made that quote in FoF that confirmed (at least, to me) that they DO have organs other than lungs: "No. Not even if you threw in the chance to eviscerate that Vortixx --" xD, I love that.

True... but would Lego really want to go through all the trouble to make them organic-looking? I dunno on that one, you have a good point... =P Still, though, I just want some change myself; after eight years of Bio-mechanical (don't get me wrong, I love it), I'd just like to see something different.

No, make em' organic. Then we can finally have a legit excuse for blood and gore. xD Besides, we already have biomechanical in the MU, so a switch for a couple years would be fine by me. Not like we're losing the latter permanintly anyways. ;)

Well, you don't have to feel bad about Miserix, man, he ain't dead - it's all an illusion conjured up by Teridax. It's so convincing that even Miserix himself thinks it's real... he's alive, but is pretty much robbed of all of his senses. Greg sprung that on everyone the day it came out (when asked); I thought he made it clear that NO Makuta would be alive at the end of 08, other than Terry? ...then again, Miserix is the best of all of them IMO, so who am I to be complaining. xD

It's only the first day of 2009, yet we;re already 300 pages into this topic... last year's didn't even come CLOSE. :P Personally, I just want to see Skopio and Thornatus, with emphasis on the former. If Skopio turned out to be this 120$ Giant Scorpian with an alternate Vorox on his back, and colored brown or tan just to boot... I'd die. Literally. xD A giant, Morbuzahk-themed plan would be nice for the latter as well... as people have said before, a mother root for all the thronax would be sweet. If it could somehow launch them with an organic-varient of the Thornax Launcher... *Blinks* Anyone have any idea on price for the larger sets? (Cendox, Baranus, Skopio, etc.)

...I just Lol'd. HARD. After reading the new entry, I got this vision of Teridax (having the sadistic sense of humor that he does) letting the group make it all the way to the surface without killing them, and then... a nice, 40,000,000ft drop to the Ocean below. Assuming he's still on that planet, of course. *Evil laughter* Bionicle really stepped up the violence this year, have they not? Don't get me wrong, though; I LOVE it... makes the story a lot more realistic. Sure, Zaktan is still a bit pointless, but taking the good with the bad seems to be happening a lot with Greg.

Not sure if this is new or not: Hi B, The plan right now is to have a MOC done of one for the March BrickMaster. If that doesn't happen, I may do what you suggest. Changed my name to Basilisk on BZP, so... guess we will see the Sand Stalker after all. =)

Now that I've looked these things over fairly well, am I the only one that sees a potential problem with the way Malum's shoulder armor is attached? Someone may have already pointed it out (VBBN XD), but he'll look awfully wierd if he turns his arms all the way in/out... That's the only thing I don't get about 09 - crazy shoulder armor (IE: Tuma). Everything else, though... is what I've been asking for, and more, for years. Just imagine these guys in movie form, voices and all. *Junps up and down, invisioning Vorox and Strakk*

WHOA. Dude, suddenly, I like Malum a lot more... I thought he was alright before, but something just changed. And has anyone noticed that the patetrn on Skrall's sheild attaches to the buzzsaw piece from that Exo-Force mech (Assult Tiger of whatever)? So we have a new pattern piece... hm, not sure how you can use that in Moc's, but someone will find a way. And Strakk still remains at the top for his sheer awesome. =P Edit: Oh, and for whoever theorized that a hordika brain held on Tarix's launcher - you're right. =) Second Edit: And I just noticed that, if you look at Malum's pic, you can see a little of how the heads are attached.

I am SO getting him... that backround is kick-a**, I haven't seen anything this good since 01=02. Now, if only we could find out what those buildings are... *Sighs* Well, I still don't understand why Lego insists on making all the most masculine sents female... at least Strakk was spared; that would have ruined it for me. I really don't see how on earth they could make Skrall female... she is even manlier than Gorast (And that's saying something, mind you! XD) Edit: Whoa, I JUST noticed Tuma. His mask is... strangely remnicent of Whenua Metru's. Hm... oh, well, I like him anyways. They always seem to look better in CGI, IMO.

I don't know... I don't see Strakk as female. I really don't want him to be, either; it always feels like females are a bit the same in personality - not counting Roodaka, or course. I think he resembles the Yeti a bit, too, so to make him a girl would be... *shudders* I just don't want another Gorast-esque personality... we've had enough of those, IMO. I'm putting my bet on Gresh, actually... I don't know why, but I just have an odd feeling he is going to be female.
