I like Freeze Ray Frenzy, too. I'm starting a neigborhood and need a good modular building. Should I get Cafe Corner or Green Grocer. I'd rather get CC, but I already have a bar and would need to take a lot of peices from my MOC to fill in the interior of the CC. On the other hand, GG looks kinda cramped inside for a kitchen and bathroom, say on, one floor.

I love the lighter! I'm thinking about making a battlefield with the Colonists fighting the Redcoats!
