Thank you! Technically you could, but then the leg would be really prone to falling apart. The parts that connects those two legs together is what keeping it intact and sturdy. Without it, the legs will just connected on 1 stud on the hip, and will come off easily. I think that will be shown up better once the instruction is released :)

UPDATE: instruction is available to download on my repubrick page hey guys! i'm trying something different with my legoformer this time. instead of going with my usual design, this time i'm making it looks like an old G1 transformers toys. basically, simple, almost no articulation, but fun. vehicle mode: front: back: transformation: video review and transformation (mostly review actually, since the transformation only takes few seconds) robot mode: front: back: action pose (this is the best i could do): that's all for now, C&C appreciated.

I'm surprised that nobody says anything here. These guys are pretty cool, and really deserve more attention, i think.

hey guys, back again with me, this time i'm making another hero factory mech. yes, i know, hero factory has long gone. i originally also didn't plan to get this guy. but when i saw him on 50% sale, i just couldn't resist, so i snagged him, because robot with drill is always a win in my book. and then i remember, that i'm not really interested in walker style mech. but hey, it's lego. you don't like it, you change it. so that's what i do, and this is the result. video review front: front (other angle): back: with bulk out: action pose: that's all for now, C&C appreciated.

probably possible, if the sphere is bigger, and the body and leg is smaller. i know it would look a little weird that way, but, if it's for the gimmick, i think it would still be interesting.

thanks! and, about the instruction, i probably not gonna put it on rebrickable... but i'm still gonna makes it available on public, most likely through my blog :)

pretty cool! it's simple but nice :) the only problem here is that your picture size is way too big. eurobricks rules states that pictures shouldn't be bigger than 800 x 600. you might want to resize your picture and makes it smaller, before one of the admin comes here.
