I do hope we can survive this without ending up as sacrifices and offerings to the hosts. We would not fare well if we do not thread carefully infront of these Dragons who are more intelligent and powerful than all of us." Turning to Hybros and the party, "It would be most fitting if one of our Dragoons don those Gaunlets for the flame. I believe outsiders, like me, especially without accompanying dragons, will face a harder task doing so in the presence of these majestic creatures."

Ignoring the situation at hand, Germ approaches the dragon and the six and fearlessly look for poison to dip his weapons with. The Heroes could see Grigorlis' eyes wide open as he tracks Germ's movement. He doesn't seem to be pleased with Germ attempting to hitch a ride on his abilities. Germ finds a pool of deadly poison near one of the pillars, will Germ dip his weapons into the poison? "Do not be rude, Eckmar is no rider. If you think their relationship be like a knight on a horse, then you are truly wrong. Their relationship and bond with each other is greater than strong. I have no words for that but I believe Grigorlis when he said that. That is the reason I am being put on the spot. Eckmar must be upstairs behind one of the doors and he must be in danger." Bain interrupts. "We should absolutely stick together, these... whatever are not as weak as you imagine them to be. They are defeatable, our kin once did so, many times, but they cannot be killed." "Which side are you on now, Mhinak? Seeding words of doubt amongst us while you wait for your friendly Star Elven allies to arrive?" says Bain, uncomfortably. Before the Heroes could do anything, they could hear the six conversing with each other. "Are they going to continue to stand there and watch? How about that joker that is scrambling around for dragon spit that has no effect on us? Kinda looks like our Lurch here. Hehehe..." says the dark figure with the crown, in a somewhat normal voice. "Uh... Uh... Huh?" the dark hooded figure simply moans. "Enough of small talk, especially you Gomex." says the black haired woman, in a fierce and low voice to the dark figure with the crown. "This dragon is so pitiful, like our dear Eudora here who has no eyes. I cannot bear to let the dragon live on and suffer like that! Morticia is right! Focus!" cries the pale and grim looking figure in the pointed hat. "Umm----Maaa----Onuoo----zuuuwoo----hummm-----baaooos----diiiii----..." the figure with no eyes simply chants away.

Purpearl bends down and carefully lifts the gauntlets off the dented floor, "Here they are, Hybros."

"Should we do what we think is appropriate or should be listen to Eckmar's dragon?" Bain replies, looking very worried and confused. A general glance at the book reveals that it is a spell book and amongst the undeciperable incantations in it, Naim could only make out a couple of spells that would either release or tighten the binding on Grigorlis. "Well. Long story short, Eckmar's a Dragoon and Grigorlis is his champion. We emerged from Fenario to the surface to search for supplies. I am not sure how they got imprisoned and landed up at this state but the only enemy that I could think of that could defeat them is Latte Oswain." Bain narrowed her eyes at Naim, "These underground monsterous freaks have been there since the beginning and indeed, we had a hard time fending them off, and we thought we had contained them underground beyond the depths of Fenario. It is surprising that they had the guts to emerge so close to the surface this time. Something is not right about their emergence out in the open. Now I wonder if the Star Elves have been keeping them at bay underneath this prison as well. If you do not already know, there are endless tunnel like mazes underground and I would advise anyone, unless highly skilled, to stay clear of them." "Go... Eckmar. I can hold on for a li-longer." Harnassing his little energy left to speak once more, and pulls on the chains once more and growls, causing the walls and the dungeon to vibrate. And that is the rumblings and growlings that the Heroes could hear earlier on in the chambers and in the courtyard. The six floating figures, ignoring the party, continue to chant away...

It seems that they are corroded beyond repair or use. Germ flips through the Ancient Book and finds that it is scribed in ancient elvish, a language Germ would not be familiar with. As soon as Germ points to the were-snake, it quickly disappears.
