It appears to be heavily fortified with a towering watch tower sitting in the centre, connected by two defensive towers and thick walls. There appears to be no other way in other than through the gates or flying in direct as the mountains sorrounding Fenario serve as natural defences. On the dragon, another Fenarian in dark hood rides ontop. The Fenarian dragonrider stares intently at each member of the party and then turns to Eckmar, "General Grimsley! Good to have you and your lady back safe and sound." The dragonrider bows, "My apologies for the holdup. Orders from Prince Adaun to verify everyone in and out of the cities. But of course, General Grimsley and Lady Ga are automatically cleared. But I am not certain about your friends, they need to go through the gates to be verified." "What do you know about them? They are with me." Eckmar asserts himself. "Orders from the Palace, General Grimsley. Please do not make this harder for both of us." But between them and the party is a huge moat. There is no other way to enter Fenario besides getting past the moat. The water appears to be equally calm and stale, and it glistens under the lights from within Fenario. A small boat rows into view and the party overhears a one way conversation. "Times er bad, junior." "Back when er times er good, I be rowing till rrr arms drop and flaccid and rrr pockets to dey brim!"
